It was such a seamless experience. We were able to communicate with the driver beforehand to tell us the pick up details. And he even sent a photo so I’d recognize his face. He came early, we showed up on time, and we were at the airport without any issues. Great service!

Our driver was on time, friendly, provided water, WiFi and got us to Bologna airport from Porto Corsini safely, comfortably and in less time than we thought it would take. Thank you!!

Being picked up from the port and taken to our hotel in Bologna in a luxury van was the ultimate in convenience. No comparison to a bus with 50 other weary travelers. Money well spent.

Had a 6:00am pickup at Ravenna Cruise port to Bologna. Driver was 15 minutes late so I called and was told he was 2minutes away when10 minutes went by I called again and was told they were trying to find someone to pick us up. This can not happen on an airport transfer. I found a car service to take us and it cost me time and an extra $100.00 more than what I had already paid, I had to pay all over again. This is unforgiveable. Think twice about using this company.
Dear sir, thank you for the message you wrote. As I already said, there was a problem on the way and I was trying to minimize your delay. I had another van nearby that could be there in a few minutes. It was there at 8:12. The journey between the cruise terminal and the airport is 1:00/1:15 hours. You asked me to take you to the airport by 9:00/9:30. I set the pickup time at 7:30 with around 45 minutes of margin. You told me at 8:00 that you were already in another car. Even with 40 minutes of delay, you should been there earlier than what you required me. Anyway, I always respect the decision of the customers. I always suggest not minimising the time and taking some more space, just in case. On the road all is possible; traffic, accidents, and so on. I very apologize for what happened and as you saw, I completely refunded immediately the cost of the transfer after you decided to don't wait for the new van and go by yourself to the airport. Excellent service. Prompt, efficient quick driving. Very accommodating for all our luggage. beautiful well air conditioned vehicle. Driver was super pleasant and helpful. Communication prior to transfer was also great and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The transfer from the cruise ship in Ravenna to Bologna airport was seem less. The van was waiting right outside the cruise boat, and we were able to make an 11 AM flight with no problem (arriving 3 hours before departure). Highly recommend!
