Our tour guide James was so generous enough to provide the to know stuff about the history of the places we visited. As our tour guide, Sandy was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable with no questions going unaswered. During the tour we felt safe and comfortable in the car and Sandy checked in regularly to make we weren't too hot or if we needed water. We had a lovely experience and would definitely contact Sandy again for any future tours.
A wonderful Hanoi 4 hour tour of the best of the city. . The tour giide and driver were excellent and coordinated. Loved the trip and would recommend it anyone passing through Hanoi.
One guide but several different vehicles and drivers. Take minimal gear to facilitate changes. Temple visit requires females to have shoulders and knees covered. Our guide, Tom, was very good.

The experience is highly recommended if you are pressed for time and want to cover everything in few hours . Don’t count on the guide for shopping recommendations , they tend to showcase shops that they have a tie up with .we bought Coffe at 190K VND which the next day we picked up from super market for just 103 K VND . Personally felt cheated . So take that as an input . Otherwise it was a valuable package which covered private car , tickets and guide .
Our guide Tom arrived early, patiently waited to meet us, and customized the schedule to meet our needs. Excellent job explaining the sites and answering our questions. Everything went smoothly with no time wasted; the driver and car was always nearby. I would highly recommend seeing Hanoi this way instead of by yourself even if you could.
