This trip is totally worth it ! Excellent attentive staff, the food was lovely, our little Swiftie loved the music and the bus was all decorated with flowers, totally recommend !

Food and service was very good They could have spaced us out a bit more and there should have been more notice about getting back to the bus station.

Very disappointing TS-inspired afternoon tea bus tour. Inauthentic, mainstream playlist, no knowledge of Taylor by bus staff, and gimmicky. Cakes were delicious but sandwiches were lacklustre and substandard. There was absolutely no communication about the sites, no commentary, which was very strange. It would have been way more fun to actually have a true Taylor fan giving us some chat and commentary. Do not recommend

Our guide Akshay took a lot of pride in his bus - and so he should it is lovely!!! We got there early and there were 2 similar buses parked next to each other, we watched our bus being deeply cared for and prepped before the journey and hoped it was ours and it was! Askshay took pride in the bus and it showed. The seats were pink and beautiful, bus was very clean and smelled lovely and he was engaging as a host. There were lots of flowers and it felt very special. Myself and my daughter loved it. Lots of food and drink and even a souvenir cup to take with you. Lovely time taking in all the sights and singing to Taylor swift! Would highly recommend. Takes about 1.5-2 hours. I forgot to bring cash for a tip but he definitely deserved it. Felt like a very special day out and a lovely memory.

It was very nice. I enjoyed it a lot. Hetal and Alimat were so kind and positive. They were great company! But the thing that was a little dissapointing was that you didn't play songs from all of Taylor's albums. In my opinion, Speak Now is Taylor's best album, but you didn't play any songs from it. I was also expecting All Too Well to be playing, because it is one of Taylor's most popular songs. I think many Swifties would like if you added All Too Well to the playlist.

The main reason for anyone booking this experience is the fact that it's Taylor Swift themed. You have afternoon tea while taken on a bus ride through central London, with Taylor's music playing. The playlist was sadly a complete let-down. Some hits, mixed with some lesser known songs and live versions and remixes which lead me to question whether they don't have a license to play all her songs. The sound was not the best either so the music failed to create the vibe we were expecting. Barely anyone was singing along. I do realise that it's impossible to please everyone with every song but when you advertise an experience saying Taylor's best hits will be played you expect the best hits — not obscure remixes and live recordings. The food was ok, some things were nice and some was not. The vegan scone was pretty awful. The tables look quite worn. The windows and especially the one above us were quite dirty. Yes, buses get dirty quickly but for a sightseeing bus I would expect it to be cleaner. Someone else who wrote a review here complained about the lack of guidance on the landmarks during to trip — it literally says they play music during the drive, that is the point of this experience. So don't expect a guided tour as well, that would be completely chaotic with music playing.

The Afternoon Teatour was INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL!! I as Swiftie can recommend her in good conscience, especially because my guides were very warm and vibed to Taylor’s songs themselves💓. There were cute little surprises, lovingly arranged tables with crafted friendship bracelets and even while driving real British scones with clotted cream & jam - 10/10 experience if you are Swiftie and like to eat sweet treats. The vibe was great, I was happy and a not so 0815 activity in London. The provider Golden Tours was also very accommodating and helpful, I unfortunately missed my booked bus out of my own fault, was very sad and visited their office. I was allowed to board the late bus without complications and ride there as if nothing had ever happened. I am still very grateful for that.🩷 Big praise also to my guides Odun & Claudia, you did this sooo lovingly. Thank you!💫

Definitely not worth this amount of money charged. The sandwiches either had too much mustard or too much pepper in them, the apple juice was the cheap carton type and the cakes shop bought. The tour itself wasnt the best, not much information and then the bits we did hear were repeated on the way back. It was just a "glorified" trip with some Taylor music and a cardboard cut out. I would NOT recommend in the slightest. Have afternoon tea in one of the nicer places.

Lovely staff , great theme kids loved it ! There was a mix up and we should have had 2 dairy free aft teas and two standard but what a lot of effort they went to , the food was great and when they realised two of us were not dairy free they brought us 2 scones and cream ! Lovely tour xx

Such a great experience expecially as we're all big taylor fans. All the songs from each album old and new songs played so there is variation and not the same. Afternoon tea itself was gorgeous highly reccomend. Shout out to the tour guides chris and Danish who gave us top service and was great the whole trip. Highly recommend
