I would definitely recommend this trip! The train ride was comfortable and easy. The guide met us at the station and was great in getting us around and great recommendations for eating and shopping.

Horrible experience. We were given Paris day-trip tickets that were no longer valid for use in Paris. As a result, our family of four was almost stranded and we had to purchase new tickets in Paris, even though the day trip had already been paid for as part of our package. We contacted Golden Tours and Expedia to request a refund for the tickets we had to purchase. Expedia asked us to provide a receipt, which I promptly sent. Despite providing the requested documentation, we have still received no refund or meaningful follow-up. This happened in May 2026, and it is now September with the issue still unresolved. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Please save yourself the aggravation and carefully consider your options before purchasing from this company.

Fast paced. Guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were disappointed that we did not get to Notre Dame as it was a feast day. The Seine cruise was lovely.

This was the best experience! We flew to London and decided to do a day trip to Paris. Our guide, Matthew was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. It was a long hot day but getting to see all these places in one day was unforgettable. We were able to see Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. We even had time to eat at a cute little French restaurant after the Eiffel Tower. Definitely a day to remember!

Yes you get on and off Eurostar easy. It was good since it was my first time. However, all you r getting is paid entrance into sites, you still have to stand in line. Since guide doesn't go into sites with you, you r left on your own to figure things out. If you've NEVER been to Paris, then ok..but if you've ever been, figure out another way to see sites. But Guide themselves was wonderful person

Started with tour rep being 25 minutes late to meet at Eurostar. Checked us off his list then just told us where to go and left us to our own devices. Tour guide meeting us at train station in paris went well, but bus was late to pick us up. Because of heat wave 2 of the 3 stops were closed, not tour guides fault. Tour guide Carlos was excellent though. Long wait for train - got back around 6 pm but train reservation wasn’t until 9. Nowhere to sit, no one assisting us with process. Overall pretty disappointed. Even if heat hadn’t caused closures we were so far behind and kept having to wait to go from one place to the next that we never would have made it to them all. Delays resulting from tour company issues took up quite a bit of our time.

Pierre was fabulous! He was easy to keep up with, informative about the areas we traveled, accommodating when we needed rest time and ensured the schedule established was maintained to allow for meal breaks and timely arrival for the return trip. Highly recommend this tour!

Pierre, our guide, was very nice, super informative, shared tips and local recommendations to aid our action packed day. Wear comfy shoes and pack your patience! Crowds galore! Shuttle was comfortable, driver was patient with Paris traffic, yet maneuvered around it effortlessly.

This was a fantastic trip. Paris did not disappoint me. If you have the opportunity you should take the trip!
