カプリ・ボートツアー： 小グループで洞窟、スイム＆リモンチェロを堪能

The tour departed before our arrival and then wanted to charge us 50% more to book again. This is totally unacceptable and very very poor experience

Would not recommend, boat is small only holds 12 people. The swells of the waves made the boat drop and 3 people sitting on the front lost their balance and whacked the sides of the boat (guide not fluent in English, did not understand the word "ice" for a sore elbow). Meanwhile 2 others began to get sea sick and beg to be left off the boat. After letting 4 off at the back side of the island near a beach, we proceeded on the tour (just after another boat operator and our "captain" had a heated exchange in Italian--re: where we let the people off). We read "bring your suits" in the sign up, so we did. No place to change into a bathing suit on the boat, no visible life jackets or explanation of where they might be located. While the 5 others decided to swim, they were given pool noodles. We asked if their were any more, guide showed us a noodle that was in 2 parts (so not enough noodles had the other 4 stayed on the boat!). Did give us Limoncello and a bag of chips/crackers and drove past Grottoes. And guide made sure to ask for a TIP at the end of the ride! My tip is don't book with HP Travel for this tour

The boat was nice with snacks and our driver was informative. We left 10 minutes late and got in 10 minutes early, with 10 minutes of swimming. It all felt a bit rushed and short.

We had a fabulous 3 hours sailing around Capri on our own private tour. Our Captain was great. He hardly spoke any English but we managed to get the message across and had fun. We had plenty of swim time. The boat was clean and spacious. We had a limoncello shot, a bag of chips and plenty of water. Unfortunately for us the Blue Grotto was closed. We did have a bit of time hanging around at the beginning with the HP travel representative which caused a late departure but this time was made up at the end. It was not an issue for us as we had nothing else booked for the day.

Had a fun trip! Captain was helpful, for reference he couldn’t speak much English but he was funny! He pointed out the sights. Multiple people got seasick because the waves and he made sure to get them to shore as quick as he could and keep the trip going. Awesome guy

To be clear, this is not a review on the boat ride itself, which was fantastic. Booking through this company which was HP travel, was a poor experience. The organization to get on and off the boat was minimal and we had to fend for ourselves. They would have left us behind and acted like it was our fault. The disembarking we were actually attempted at being scammed by the dock attendants who said we had to pay now, even though the boat had left and we weren't sure if this was HP travel or just typical taking advantage of gullible tourists. Aside from the obvious parts that felt like the people onshore were not interested in our well-being, the value for cost was great and the boat tour itself was amazing. We loved our boat Captain.

Absolutely recommended to anyone staying in Capri. Captain Mario is super prepared and helpful.

You go to the hp travel agency to pick up the ticket and take the tour with the operator discovery. There were about 10/12 of us, it was comfortable. The guide Mario was fun and good, he provided explanations in Italian and English. 2-hour island tour with a stop of about 20 minutes to swim in a quiet spot (there are also floating noodles on board). They offered limoncello, unfortunately no caprese.

Very poor organization. No guide. We boarded the wrong boat and the skipper wanted us to trans board to another ship in a choppy sea, but of course we refused

They don’t speak English even when you request in advance. Several people on other boats had same complaints so no clue what we saw
