One of the best experiences you can have on the island of Capri.

No info about safety or life jackets. Ocean swimming was best.

the meeting point they give you is inaccurate and the phone number doesn't work. it was pure luck that we even made it on the boat as they almost left without us it says English speaking but it really wasn't. i don't advise going if you don't speak italian. our tour guide was drunk and he ran into the rocks in one of the grottos with the boat and left a mark on it we were so late getting back that we also missed our ferry.

Our boat guide, I forget his name, was amazing and fun! The waters, caves and sites were beautiful. It’s a great way to view the area! However, the description of the boat tour was a bit deceiving as well as no drinks were available to purchase as stated. There was no snorkeling equipment and I am not even sure where you would do that on this tour. The boat was fine, a bit old but it was a very crowded area to get on the boats and it pretty much was whatever group you were in just gets the next boat available. Overall it was a nice tour and I would recommend but Viator needs to maybe tweak the description a bit.

We had a good time on the boat tour in Capri. The skipper didn’t seem too excited to be on the job that day. He did okay but it could have been more fun if his energy was different. It was rough waters going out of the port with lots of ferries and boats. We had limoncello and had some time to swim. One down side is there’s only 1 towel per group if you do swim. For a quick little boat tour it was okay, next time I would book somewhere else.

The best thing to do in Capri!!

This was absolutely the highlight of our italian trip! Would recommend this tour to everyone, it is a 1000 out of 10! Marialuisa helped us with all the information about the boat and about our visit in capri

Unfortunately, this Capri boat tour was very disorganized and disappointing. Our boat did not arrive until about 45 minutes after our preassigned time, which wasted a significant portion of the time we had planned for Capri. Our boat captain, Claudio, seemed very young and was mostly smoking cigarettes throughout the tour. There was very little communication or explanation about where we were going or the landmarks we were passing, which was especially disappointing considering this was advertised as a sightseeing tour. We also did not get to see all of the landmarks included in the listing, so overall, it did not feel worth the money or the time. I do want to give credit to the girls in the pink shirts, who were wonderful. They did their best to navigate the situation and organize everything for us, and we could tell they were visibly frustrated with the delays and issues with the boat captain as well. They were helpful and professional, and our frustration was not with them. Unfortunately, between the 45-minute delay, lack of communication during the tour, and missing several advertised landmarks, I would not recommend this experience. For the amount we paid, we expected a much more organized and informative Capri boat tour.

We met as instructed. Then we were told we get 1 bottle of water and 1 limonchilo tasting per person. Buy whatever else we want in there store. We got on a below average boat that looks nothing like the pictures. Our guide was nice. We saw the rocks, caves, smallest beach and best of all got away from the crowds of Capri. After we jumped in for a swim with the cheapest googles ever for our snorkle. They had 4 dry towels on the boat. So half the people didn't get towels. It was OK but not great for sure.

The girls that met us before the tour began, Carmen, Maria Luisa or Malu were amazing. So personable, funny and above all very helpful. Matteo, the captain of the boat was knowledgeable and professional. He handled the boat perfectly. We had a great time and we definitely recommend it.
