Terrible tour. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. We waited 20 minutes for a late passenger at Urquhart Castle. The passenger never apologized to the group, and i believe the driver didn't warn her. Soon after when I complained about this, the driver said the passenger had apologized to her. I explained that making the whole bus wait was unfair to everyone(!), but she just brushed it off. Unbelievably, the exact same person was 10 minutes late again at Culloden! The driver just made a joke about it instead of giving a warning. We were shocked.I believe our driver's name was Kris. Additionally, my wife was freezing on the bus. We asked the driver to adjust the AC, but she refused to simply turn it off for a while to find a middle ground, saying it was already on the lowest setting, even though it was cold outside. To top it off, we saw the driver drinking a beer at the Culloden visitor center. Regardless of local traffic laws, this felt completely inappropriate and careless. A tour isn't just about driving safely from point A to B; it’s about respecting everyone's shared time and comfort. This tour failed to do that.

Great tour with Emily. Very smooth transitions between sites, clear instructions. Historical information was interesting and concise. Good balance of fun, interesting and somber for a historical tour including Culloden.
Absolutely wonderful tour! Emily was such a great guided and so knowledgeable. Plenty of time at each stop to see all the sights. Can’t recommend this tour enough.

Emily was an amazing guide. She kept us entertained, on time, and safe the whole day. She was very knowledgeable and kind. The tour was also great. The only think I would have changed is the stop at the distillery because we are not drinkers, but it definitely didn’t hinder us from having a great time the rest of the day.
