Wow exciting experience just wish it’s went longer. Beautiful reef exciting snorkeling with sharks

This was a great adventure! The staff was amazing. Rex was singing when we all got in the water and it was relaxing. The feeding of the fish helped attract the sharks. We were in awe when we saw them. We were able to use an underwater camera and took plenty of pictures. I appreciated the help from all the men when I couldn't get back on the boat. It was the only challenging part, but we did it! The food was great. It was better than anything we had in Fiji. Amazing amazing amazing!!! Highly recommend.

Amazing excursion! Easy pick up and drop off from the hotel. About 2 hour boat ride each direction. Saw tons of reef sharks and fish! Dive felt quick but so fun! Highly recommend

The snark snorkeling experience was fantastic! Great weather, guide, etcetera. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I highly recommend it. The afternoon also had an optional guided snorkel of the reef offshore the resort which was nice and lunch was good with lots of options. The only reason I scored it down was the meeting pickup and drop off were very poorly explained. I had to ask around a lot to know where to go and what was happening. And I had to pay a fuel surcharge that I was not notified of in advance. I had asked in advance for more details and wasn’t really provided with all the necessary information. Luckily my hotel was able to explain some of the pickup information (still not all), but that wasn’t really their job. Overall great experience but poorly explained pickup and drop off.

We booked this cruise as praised to be the ultimate family experience: snorkeling with Sharks in a coral surrounded island. It was significantly more expensive that other cruises and we hoped the experience to be matching the price. We ended up snorkelled with the sharks for only 1 hour during the whole day, even though we were meant to go again for the afternoon. Because the water was rough, the afternoon snorkel got cancelled. I asked for other options ( walk to a local cave, informative presentation from the marine biologist). Instead we were told to stay by the local pool and wait for our return vessel to pick us up, for about 3 hours. I asked how often that happens ( to cancel the afternoon snorkel), and I was told that is quite often. While we cannot argue with the variability of weather, we expected some options to occupy our time while on the island, to justify the high price paid for this, especially since it is a frequent occurrence.

Had a great experience snorkeling with the reef sharks, was definitely a highlight of our trip. These are memories our kids will have for a lifetime. The food was a bit cold and not many options for kids, we took our own snacks which saved the day.

We had the best day . As grandparents we went with our teenage granddaughters who had talked as into it. So many fish and reef sharks. So much fun

The tour was amazing and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to answer any questions we had. Made us feel comfortable and taken care of, especially as we were tourists from another country. We saw two reef sharks when snorkelling! The environment and scenery is beautiful and the man dancing on top of the mountain when we were returning to the boat home was incredible! One thing I would note is that you are only out snorkelling for 45minutes. It was a good amount of time for us, it’s just not mentioned anywhere when you’re booking.
