No signage at port, total confusion and no clear information or signs There is no actual point of interest at any time during this excursion, apart from the road itself. Driver very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Lunch wasn’t very good and only a cold burger at a ranch, there was much better places along the route to stop even if purchased independently.

The tour was good. The ac did not work in the bus otherwise everything was good. Would have been 5 stars.

Bjorn was very informative and entertaining. He had lot of anecdotes and funny bits about the place. But it was sometimes too much especially while returning to the port. He needs to give some breaks from non stop talk to let people have some quiet time and rest. Tour is very long and exhausting. Lunch was good but cold.

Fantastic tour with Bjorn!!! Long winding paradise with plenty of stops and bathroom breaks along the way 😊 Our included lunch was in a beautiful spot at Hāna Ranch, only the selections were limited and food was cold once we arrived 😬 just wish we had more options made to order to try some local favorites 💙

Highly recommend this excursion. We walked off the ship and got right into the Robert’s touring bus. Bjorn was the best tour guide I have ever had and I travel frequently. The road to Hana is worth it. Beautiful sights and Bjorn talks the whole time giving history lessons and nature lessons. He was great!

Bjorn was so well educated in history, plants, animals, politics ! He was really amazing paced everything well. He had cold water on his truck for us as well as pictures of all the falls just in case some were dry due to the weather. He also had ginger if anyone got motion sickness, as I did even though I had taken Dramamine, He had slices of banana bread so we could taste it! He had samples of the different rocks from lava to other types of rock He spoke about so much I can’t even remember it all. I would tell anyone to do this with him I also would like to mention that the tour had guides that lead use through the airport and returning. What white clover treatment did we get!!

Beautiful Scenery. The road is definitely narrow. Leave the driving to the professionals :-). Sit back and enjoy the ride.

Great day, Bjorn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Hana Tour- he took you along on the journey. The only negative was the seats on the bus weren't too comfy for such a long day.

Bjorn was wonderful! He really is good at keeping our attention and making a long day very pleasant. Bjorn knows the history of the Road to Hana. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see Hana. It was nice having Bjorn drive us versus driving ourselves. By driving yourself you would miss a lot of the history of the area, places to stop at, and the trees and flora of the area. The stops picked by Bjorn made this trip a wonderful experience. The meal at the halway point really was delicious!
