Wonderful guide with extensive knowledge
She was the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Not to miss because looking at the mosaics without her explanations would have been much less meaningful. I strongly recommend her tour with was the highlight of our visit!

Our guide Marina was outstanding! She was not only informative but her love for the beauty of the mosaics was absolutely contagious!

Too hard to hear
The tapestries were worth seeing. The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. Unfortunately it was very difficult to hear her due to road noise when outside and need for quiet conversation when inside. This trip would benefit from the use of microphone and headphones.

Not to be missed, especially Rita as guidr
Fabulous. There is so much more to mosaics than their color, artistry and beauty. Rita made this tour the delight that it was. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate for the topic, open and welcoming. I travel solo all over the world and try to take cultural and architecture tours wherever I am. This was probably the best of the best and in large part due to Rita. I left with a far greater appreciation and knowledge for these incredible ancient works

Wonderfully detailed explanation of the mosaics including up close photos of detail that cannot be seen from the ground. Excellent communication skills and very personsble

The Greatest Mosaics
The greatest Byzantine era mosaics of Ravenna should not be missed. These here in Italy are in better shape than the ones in Istanbul. Stunning at 1500 years old. Not kidding.

A walk through the 6th century's Ravenna
Really nice tour with a knowlegable guide Claudia. We learned a lot about history of Ravenna and Byzantine, politics of the 5th-6th century, different art styles of mosaics. Really nice, I didn't expect there to be so much historical context provided but I'm glad there was. I recommend this tour.

Intense but interesting
The guide was certainly knowledgeable but talked too much. I would have liked to see more general information for MSN, I can't keep my concentration up when there is too much going on and when it is in a foreign language. Extremely beautiful sights a must if you are in Ravenna.
