Our tour of the vineyards was great! A small group of 8, we went to 3 authentic Italian wineries and vineyards with a few stops at other great locations. The wine was exceptional and so was the hospitality at each place. Our guide, driver and all round great guy Lorenzo really pulled the whole thing together, he was funny, informative and made everyone feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence to try this out and if you’re lucky enough to get Lorezo as you’re guide then you’d be lucky.
Christina was an excellent guide on tour. She shared history and was accommodating throughout our journey and made the entire day feel like a family vacation. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Tuscany region.

It takes a while to get started, but once it starts, it will be very fun! It needs a little more oil tasting

This tour was fabulous and they did an excellent job. Our tour guide was very helpful and accommodating. The lunch was just the right portion very tasty and the service was timely and courteous. My only negative on this trip had nothing to do with the tour company but with one of the wineries that we visited at the end. The other two wineries didn't push their wares on us and it's a shame that the order of the wineries wasn't reversed. Although I am a hearing impaired person, I felt rushed and confused by the woman taking our order. She originally gave us a menu with set prices, then she started telling us we can mix and match and I was under the impression it would be for the price of six bottles no matter which ones we chose. She was getting frustrated with the fact that I had a hard time understanding her because of my hearing and when we got to the cashier we found that our bill was 80 dollars higher than what I have expected to pay. I felt rushed because everyone else was on the bus and I was holding them up, so I just told them to go with the regular package which is not really what I wanted, but will have to live with. I know that the tour company doesn't control the wineries and l would have given them a five star if it hadn't been for the last incident. Just be aware of the hard sell at the last winery that I did not feel with the other two wineries had on the tour.
