Our e-bike tour through St Emelion vineyards was wonderful. Very scenic, winery tours were extremely informative, tasty wines and picnic lunch. Our guide, Yev, was fantastic - lots of great stories about wine and the region.

We had such a great day. The bike ride was amazing. Our Guide Joyren was knowledgeable and very personable. He made the trip enjoyable. The wineries were beautiful and the wines delicious. Overall an awesome experience.

Great experience with a great guide. We visited two different chatous, enjoyed a nice lunch at the first one. Saint-Emilion is really beautiful and a must if you visit Bordeaux. Doing the visit on bike is the perfect way. If I could change one thing I would have preferred to shorten the breaks slightly and make the whole trip 1,5 hours shorter, it’s a long day.

Back again six years on! I first toured with Rustic Vines six years ago when I visited Bordeaux, and I left a glowing review then. Six years later, I’m back to say that consistency is very much a strong suit! Remy in the office was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were unable to make our reservation online. We had originally hoped to do the van tour, but it wasn’t available, so the only option was the e-bike tour. We decided to go for it and now I can’t imagine a better way to experience Bordeaux’s vineyards. Our guide, Roberto, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and really added to the experience. He made the day feel relaxed and enjoyable whilst also sharing lots of interesting insight into the region and the vineyards. Thank you Roberto! Cycling through the winding roads surrounded by miles of vines is such a beautiful experience, with plenty of opportunities to stop for photos. We visited two very different vineyards - one was more modern, while the second had a much more rustic, traditional feel, so it was good to experience both. We also had a lovely picnic lunch with an extra couple of bottles to share between the group! We also stopped by a wine shop for some more tastings and then a walk round St Emilion before heading back to Bordeaux in the air conditioned van. Definitely tired by the end of the day, especially since it was hot, but SO worth it! Also worth noting that you’ll still need a moderate level of fitness, even with the e-bikes, particularly in the heat, as there are quite a few uphill sections. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a great experience for their guests, and having now experienced Rustic Vines six years apart, I can say that the high standard has remained exactly the same. I really couldn’t imagine choosing another tour provider when I’m back in Bordeaux! Thank you again Roberto, Remy and the Rustic Vines team!

Great bike ride through the region, tasted great wines and had a lovely lunch.

Lovely day. So much fun biking through French wine country. It a full day with 2 tastings at two different Chateaux and one in town. Light lunch of cheese /baguette/ dessert. Our guide Pauline was so nice and informative. The tastings are small; no real opportunity to have a glass and linger longer. But I guess that’s the nature of these tours. The e-bikes were great as it was a solid amount of cycling. Overall really great. Highly recommend.
