After reading many many reviews of different options for Symi, I'm really glad I chose this one.
From the minute I booked Manos Going were so helpful, offering to pick me up from outside my hotel even though it wasn't on their list of options. We were taken to the port & given tickets & instructions for the boat, then the time on Symi & at the monastery was free time. (Which was one of the reasons I chose this option). Return taxi & ferry would have cost the same without the reassurance of someone organising it for you. I might have been braver at that if I wasn't a solo traveller. Boat was full. But excellent. Punctual & clear instructions. Return transfer was seamless too. Symi & the monastery beautiful. Just the right amount of time at both stops for me. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

A lesson
Too many people in Symi. The cruise ship was outside the harbor. Short time in Symi city and impossible to get a taxi for a visit to "Old Town". The boat is more than full, hard to find a seat.

The boat operates within the permitted passenger capacity and follows the requirements set by the port authorities, so they cannot exceed those limits. Aborted trip :(
We were picked up by bus at the agreed-upon location on time. Unfortunately, I was already not feeling well that morning and I was unsure if it was going to get even worse. We were sitting on board and the nausea intensified (not described in detail here) and we got off the boat again. The trip would have become an ordeal for me. Thank God the tour guide from Mano guides was still on site. The driver then brought us back to the hotel by car. That was super friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get any money back even upon request, since the cancellation period had already expired. But I am so grateful that I was back at the hotel, because I became very ill. Since I have already done the trip once, I can only recommend it. I would have liked to show it to my 83-year-old mother.

A great trip in Symi Island
We booked the trip to go to Symi Island and we were very satisfied with the trip. The bus came right on time at the designated location and it was super clean. The staff giving us the tickets was very helpful and also they explained everything in the itenerary. When we were done with the boat trip we met again the staff that accompanied us back to our accommodations. All in all it was a great experience, definitely repeatable with ManosGoing. The trip itself was...
The trip itself was lovely, organised and everything on time. Unfortunately I was incredibly sea sick the whole time so I couldn’t enjoy myself.

A great day out on a fast boat...suitable for all ages
Great day out on the Doll boat... quick journey to Symi transfers from hotel to harbour snd return
We stopped for a swim first then onto Symi
Plenty of time to have a good look around the harbour

Worth every penny
The whole experience was 10/10. The team was punctual and kind, and the day is arranged so that there’s plenty of time to enjoy both the monastery and Symi. What is more, both locations are worth every penny. We’ll definitely do it again!

Delicious homemade dishes at Taverna Maria
Small tavern run by couple.
Very tasty Greek dishes including the best moussaka ever eaten in Greece.
The cuisine of Mary is top!
Every night we ate deliciously with good Greek music and after the meal we got an ouzo on the house.
If you want to be sure of a table, book in advance!
Correct follow-up of the reservations by the friendly owner.
Small prices for super tasty dishes and wine.
