My husband and I completed a few tours whilst in Edinburgh for a couple of days but the Harry Potter walking tour was my favourite by far. Orla was our guide and she did an amazing job of combining the history of Edinburgh with facts from Harry Potter. We were part of a large group and Orla was patient and skilled at keeping us all together. Her storytelling and knowledge was impressive. If you are a Harry Potter fan or mum of obsessed children then this is a great activity. It was really interesting other the back story of JK Rowling and see some of the sights that inspired her amazing works. 10/10 from me. Thank you Orla for the experience

Our guide Leo was AWESOME! Lots of history, trivia and fun! We saw graveyards, streets that inspired Diagon Alley, and lots of other tidbits about how Harry Potter was created in Edinburgh.

Great tour around Edinburgh hearing about what inspired Harry Potter characters. Kieran was knowledgeable and funny.

Had a great tour… Monique had a wealth of information about the Harry Potter books/writer. We didn’t see movie locations as none were in Scotland but lots of info. She was very nice with answering all our questions.

Frank was an excellent guide. He took us through the city and took his time explaining all things Harry Potter. The quiz was fun too!

Kieran was the absolute best guide I could have asked for. Not only tons of Potter knowledge, but also learned a lot about the city’s history and culture. Highly recommend the tour but even more highly recommend you request Kieran as your guide.
