There was no tour guide, the driver tried his best to explain few things about the place. It was just a transport service.

Nami island was the highlight of the tour. Very nice tour guide Charlie. However was not aware that a majority of this very long day would be spent travelling in vehicle. 1.5 hours at Nami was not enough time and 2.45 hours at mountains was too long for cable car & temple but not enough time for waterfall hike. I would go to both again but on separate days and have at least 3 hours at Nami

Great trip and probably my favorite of 5 with the DMZ tour! Nami island was so cool riding a bike around. Be sure to take zipline over. I thought you had to lie flat but you sit up and wish I did it! The National park was awesome too but couldn’t see from the top due to crowds. Definitely recommend the tour!

We had an amazing time at Nami Island and Soeraksan! Our tour guide, One, was fantastic and made the entire trip a wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We stopped at Nami Island first and beat the crowds, so it was very enjoyable and peaceful! My wife and I rode a tandem bike and really enjoyed circling the island, seeing the peacocks, the gardens, ringing the bell and enjoyed the restaurants and the short ferry ride. Soeraksan was absolutely beautiful and we loved hiking the trails and seeing the budda and temples and gardens. We took the cable car to the highest peak which had a great walk to the too, but weather was not cooperating, so it was cloudy at the top, so no good view, unfortunately. Hopefully next time. Long day, but well worth it! Stopped at a rest stop on the way back and had some great food. Got back to Seoul at 8pm.

Annoyed that he asked us to download another app to communicate other than WhatsApp. He was actually unable to contact me via WhatsApp so I didn’t have the info had anything changed. He should have then emailed me but instead I was left in the dark. Should just create. WhatsApp group to communicate. The tour itself was fine but it really should include the cable car as there isn’t enough time to compete most of the hikes so the cable car is essentially the only option. Nami island is geared toward kids but we enjoyed the art and culture.

Had a very pleasant day with the small group. Tour guide Mr. Kim is very nice and patient.

My tour guide Eric is very thoughtful and helpful. Although this time he is also our driver I feel very safe when he drives I took a good nap. Thank you Eric.

Thanks a lot for the guidance. Got to see the beauty of the Nami island forests and Mt. Seorak. Only feedback is there was not really anything operating that day on Nami island and had to take the ferry back to get a proper meal for lunch. Also, there were signs of hornet wasps and snakes on the trees. Given that this was a sepf guided tour, there should have been some warning and directions in case of an emergency. All went well thankfully.

Highly recommended.Our tour guide Coco suggested to visit Nami island first and we had almost two ours to explore the beauty of the land with autumn seasonal change.after the lunch had a two and half drive to the mount seorak. An wonderful experience visiting these two places
