I hate that they didn’t cancel because of the rain. We got there around 9 and the rain didn’t stop until about 12:30 ish and we left at 3. Everyone stayed at the bar under the hut or inside the restaurant while it was raining. We requested to go home early and they said we couldn’t until 3. They tried giving us a private area with a 15 min massage but when the manager called and asked us if the beach club manager approached us yet we realized she went to the other three black woman mistaken them for us. So when we got approached we just declined because it was just whatever at that point. Everyone was super sweet though, just a waste of money and the food was okay. Not the best

The intermittent light rain began after your arrival and, unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control. The tour continued as scheduled, and all included services were provided. Our team also offered complimentary cocktails, massages, and a private room to make you and your companions more comfortable. We genuinely did our best to improve your experience and regret that the weather prevented you from fully enjoying your day.
