⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Dimitris! He was much more than just a driver—he was an incredible guide. Throughout the day he shared fascinating stories about Greek history, mythology, culture, and modern-day life. He was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely passionate about his country. Our trip to the Temple of Poseidon was one of the highlights of our time in Greece, and Dimitris played a huge part in that. The conversations were so enjoyable that I almost didn't want the drive to end. If you're looking for an authentic, private experience with someone who truly cares about making your day memorable, I couldn't recommend Greece Revealed more highly. Thank you again, Dimitris!

July 2026 Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon at sunset is breathtaking! Definitely the time to see it. Dimitris was wonderful. Stopped to show us noticeable places along the way. And charmed us with great stories and historical info. Found an amazing restaurant on the water looking at the temple. It was a relaxing, easy trip that should be on everyone’s list to see!

We had an open day between disembarking a Celestyal cruise and a flight from Athens to our next destination in the late afternoon. Rather than taking an airport transfer, we contacted Dimitris. He would meet us at the port for pickup. He proposed ideas for spending the day and a customized tour to fit our schedule. He was waiting for us at the port of Lavrion when we disembarked. We went to the Temple of Poseidon, a nice drive along the coast, then to Vravrona. He found a wonderful lunch spot on the coast and joined us for lunch. Dimitris shared his knowledge of history, Greece, and local culture. As the day progressed, we got to know him, his background, and family. At the end of the tour, he dropped us off at the airport. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing way to spend the day. We didn't realize the extent of his tours, including Athens, Delphi, Mycenae, Nafplio. Your tour can be completely customized. This is a far better way to see Greece than crowded and inflexible bus tours.

We had a great afternoon out with Dmitiris, he arrived on time and his car was tidy and comfortable. Firstly we visited Lycabettus Hill for a look over Athens. Dmitiris waited at the bottom for us after coming off the funicular. We headed down to the temple if Poseidon and we went and explored it on our own. Afterwards we had a great pasta for lunch from a beautiful restaurant by the water. Dmitris had a lot of knowledge about the area we were visiting. We drove home along the coastal road back to Athens which was very pretty. Overall a very nice relaxing afternoon

We had a wonderful experience on this trip. The pick up was punctual and the whole experience was extremely pleasant.

For our booked excursion to Cape Sounion (Temple of Poseidon), Dimitri picked us up on time with his Tesla at the hotel. During the drive, he provided us with numerous pieces of information. Several stops offered opportunities for photography. Additionally, we had time for a coffee at a restaurant right by the sea. The sunset at the Temple of Poseidon was fantastic! On the way back, we had dinner together and enjoyed a nice conversation. The excursion with Dimitri was great and is highly recommended! Dimitri is a very nice, competent driver and tour guide. Once again, heartfelt thanks!

We had Dimitris pick us up at our hotel for a private tour. Fantastic driver through challenging traffic. He provided enough information to set the context for what we were about to experience. A couple of great stops and informative answers to our questions. Sounion and the temple are stunning. Allergic to crowds we asked Dimitris to pick us up early and find a great spot to watch the sunset. Fabulous. Great guide with a sense of humour very highly recommended by two very particular travellers from Oz and Canada.

My family took this tour with Dimitris and it was amazing! We have a three year old and Dimitris had a car seat ready and was great at entertaining him as well. Dimitris made sure to point out any places of interest and gave us a ton of info along our tour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish we would have had more time in Greece to do the Delphi tour with him. We were all very comfortable and he wanted to make sure we got what we wanted out of the tour. He went above and beyond to make sure it was a great trip. I would highly recommend this tour with Dimitris!

This was our second day in a row spent with Dimitris (also did Delphi), and once again, it was fantastic. He was completely open and flexible to spend extra time to accommodate our desire to spend some time at the beach. He took the time and effort to find some beach options and prices for sun bed/umbrella rentals, as well as finding options with accessible shade for my sun-wary husband. He also found a great restaurant option with nice coastal views and made the reservation for us. And, naturally, sunset at Temple of Poseidon did not disappoint! We felt as though he went above and beyond to make our trip exactly what we wanted and more. He was pleasant and professional, providing good conversation and commentary about what we were seeing along the way, and we never felt rushed to move along when we were stopped. I would definitely recommend Dimitris for your private tour needs.
