Do Eat Better Experience San Sebastian Food Tourは、本当の地元の人のように街を発見し、体験させてくれます。 約3時間半のこのツアーでは、少なくとも4つの会場に立ち寄り、街が誇る典型的なピクストを味わうことができます。 ツアーの最後には、様々なタパスやドリンクを味わいながら、フルミールに相当する食事をします。 ツアーでは、地元のエキスパート家と一緒に、厳選されたレストランの詳細や調理法、その他関連する好奇心を隅々まで説明してくれます。 地元の文化やライフスタイルを伝えるための上質な美食と、地元の友人とのウォーキング体験がミックスされたツアーです。 私たちのツアーは共有グループで行われますが、できるだけ本物で親密な体験を維持したいので、グループは最大12名までです。

サン・セバスティアンの中心部、市庁舎の前で料理の冒険を始めます。 1882年に建てられた当初はカジノだったこの荘厳な建物の正面で、地元のエキスパート家に出会うでしょう。 そして、最初に発明されたピンチョを試すために最初の停留所に向かいます！ このピンチョは、グリーンギンディーヤペッパー、ブリニーアンチョビ、タルトグリーンオリーブの3つのシンプルでありながら風味豊かなコンポーネントで構成されています。 串に刺すことで、ピリ辛、塩辛、ピリ辛が調和した味わいに。

Our guide Sylvia was wonderful! The food was amazing and we learned some interesting facts about San Sebastián and the basque culture. Super fun!
Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable about food being a chef for 17 years. He realty k ew what he wad talking about.He gave a very entertaining overview of the food scene

You can tell he’s passionate about the city and loves sharing it with others. This tour was one of the highlights of our time in San Sebastián, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Nick is a great friendly guide. With a lot of knowledge about the kitchen that he tells with tasteful stories in smells and colors. We enjoyed the food and Nick! Highly recommended!
We had an awesome time. My 7 year old said “the best you can get.” Our guide Kaya was great with our 10 and 7 year olds. We visited 4 bars and enjoyed learning about Basque history. We left full and happy!
