Niall was a wonderful guide for this moving excursion. He's a storyteller & made the tour better for it. If you have an interest in Scottish history, I definitely recommend him.

Niall was absolutely fantastic! He met us right at the Inverness port and whisked us away for our tour. Once we got into the van, he placed a headset on, and everyone onboard could hear all the facts and stories he was sharing. He was thorough, as well as entertaining. We remarked afterward how glad we were that he was our guide. It was probably the best tour of our entire trip!

It was a wonderful tour. We saw everything we were expecting, had sufficient time for food, shopping and restroom breaks. Niall was an amazing tour guide / driver. As we reflected on our day, there was nothing that could have been improved, even the rain was light. Niall made sure all six of us had everything we needed. His history lessons on the monarchy over centuries as well as the Battle of Culloden was fascinating and just enough to understand. He regaled us with a bagpipe demonstration, was the consummate professional. He even let me buy us wooly coo from his dashboard when I passed on buying the same one at the Battlefield gift shop. That was memorable. He is an asset to the Thistle Tour Company. We were in great hands all day.
