小さなガレージの実験室の中で、地元のシェフがガイドとなり、生パスタと詰め合わせパスタ、その後のテイスティングでティラミスの調理を行う忘れられない体験。 おばあさんの歴史的な道具や、街の地元の歴史的市場で仕入れた本物の新鮮で地元の食材を使っていただきます。 最小催行人数は2名です。

We loved this class. Ugochef was a wonderful teacher and made the learning so much fun. The food we made was delicious! We highly recommend this experience.
Don’t think about it, just book it. This experience was the favorite part of our trip across Sicily. You learn so much from Cheg Ugo and have so much fun in his kitchen. He knows how to pick a good playlist too! And the best part, the food was amazing. Best meal we ate in Palermo and we made it ourselves. Highly recommend!

We loved every minute - from the warm welcome to the very end. This was my first cooking class ever and it was so special. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu with UgoChef was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Sicily. We cooked in Nona's kitchen with an engaging and talented chef who made us feel so competent that we are sure to try the recipes at home. Everything - the spinach and ricotta raviolis, the fettuccini with sun dried tomato pesto, and the layered tiramisu with lady fingers lightly soaked in run and coffee turned out perfectly. We savored a delicious dinner with added appetizers and wine while UgoChef told us about his grandmother and his cooking experiences. It was a memorable evening. We give the experience 10+ and highly recommend it if you like to cook and and eat Sicilian food.

It was my first time in such an experience — I had actually given the activity away, but acabei also participating, and I can say that I would recommend it 1000%! Chef Ugo was super professional and, at the same time, very welcoming: he even played music from my country, making me feel really at home. The space is beautiful and super cozy. We made fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu. And, since we couldn’t eat everything, Chef Ugo also gave us containers to take away — a very kind gesture. Super recommended: Chef Ugo is a guarantee!
