This was a great introduction to the Old Town with historical and cultural information as well as practical advice about traveling in Dubrovnik (ATMs, food, ice cream!) Thoroughly enjoyable
Dear Lisa, thank you so much for your lovely review! ❤️ Kind regards, Lucija
Lucija was an extremely knowledgeable and passionate talking about life today as well as the extensive history. She also gave us some advice to go and visit Lokrum which I would recommend too! We really appreciated the small group and early start to help avoid the big groups coming in off the cruise ships and the heat!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad you enjoyed the tour and that you got to visit Lokrum as well — it’s one of my favorite recommendations. The early start and small group definitely make exploring much nicer before the crowds and heat set in. It was a pleasure having you on the tour and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Great overview of the town of Dubrovnik explain in perfect English. It was the perfect way to start our vacation. In addition to the history of Dubrovnik Lujica gave us some tips about other things to do while here! Places to visit, eat and shop authentic Croatian merchandise! The communication about where to meet was on point and we ended up with a private tour due to others canceling! Thank you!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overview of Dubrovnik and that it was a great way to start your vacation. I’m glad the tips for places to visit, eat, and shop were helpful, and it sounds like the private tour worked out perfectly! It was a pleasure sharing the city with you, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Excellent tour!! Jucija was a great. Guide. Very knowledgeable about the history or Croatia, Dubrovnik and Old time. She made history come alive and shared stories of her family and life in Dubrovnik before and after the war. I have a much better understanding of Croatia and Dubrovnik. Highly recommend for an introduction to the area. This wa a 90 minute walking tour. Thank you Lucia!!! Sally, Carl, Nick, Jana, Owen and Grace.
Our guide was very knowledgeable of the city, but also the local politics and social scene, which was very insightful.
Brilliant tour! Lucija is a fantastic guide. Really knowledgeable and gave a great balanced view of both ancient history and more recent struggles. Don’t cheat yourself by going on the Game of Thrones tour. See and understand the real Dubrovnik!
Very interesting and insightful tour of the city. Answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations for activities for the rest of our trip. Thank you!
I absolutely recommend this tour. Being from the US, I did not know much about the history of Croatia. Lujica was a fantastic guide. She showed us so much and was so friendly! I learned so much and couldn’t recommend her enough :)
