A big disappoint
We never got our tickets and it was very disappointing. We bought on a specific date and the tickets are still pending. It was our favourite sight and we couldn’t go because you had to buy online.

Avoid this provider.
Chaotic provider. Reservation made late, 2 hours before the appointment, but a confirmation email for a visit at 2:00 PM. Despite several attempts to contact them, the 2 phone numbers appear to be unassigned. I also contact them via chat 30 minutes before departure. No response. We get in line and the Casa di Giulietta team is very friendly, takes the time to look at our reservation, but confirms that without a ticket we cannot enter. I call back at 2:20 PM and someone picks up and tells me they are going to send me the tickets. Message received 10 minutes later announcing tickets for 3:30 PM, then tickets received later for 4:00 PM. Fortunately, the team let us in. The provider clears themselves by saying the reservation was late. Fine, but then don't send a reservation confirmation! The tour itself went very well. I recommend it, except for the provider; last time!

It is a self guided tour. Our tickets had a time of 1230 but the house didnt open until 1400. They sent tickets the day before but only 2 of 4 were valid. I had to search for the original tickets to get us all in.
