Romano was a very engaging tutor, you were very hands on in the making of the fruit tarts under his guidance, unlike a lot of classes in Bali where you end up just watching. Good value for money and as a group we thoroughly enjoyed our experience
What an incredible experience. Chef Romain shared his tips and shortcuts on baking. We made the most delicious Almond cream and vanilla custard strawberry tarts. It was obvious that he enjoyed teaching and we loved it. Highly recommended.

We attended a cooking class with friends while vacationing in Bali. The choice was more than excellent, as we really enjoyed it, and the dessert preparation was simple, even for us who are not exactly professionals. By the way, the final result tasted divine. I recommend it to everyone!
