We really enjoyed our trip to the waterfalls and hot springs ! Our tour guide Guillermo was so kind and accommodating. We felt like we were traveling with a familiar friend. The tour was tailored to my family members’ special health needs the entire tour, which we really appreciated. The waterfalls were beautiful! The hot springs were so relaxing rejuvenating! I would recommend this tour for families who need a more laid back experience. The tour company was very helpful in making specific suggestions based on our needs.

Although parts of the hike were challenging, Noel's exceptional guidance and assistance made it entirely manageable and enjoyable for everyone in our group. Sharing this incredible day with our four children and their spouses made it even more meaningful. The laughter and shared excitement as we navigated the terrain and enjoyed the water activities created memories we will cherish for a lifetime. La Leona Waterfall is a must-do, and if you have the chance to explore it, we wholeheartedly recommend requesting Noel as your guide. His knowledge of the area and his ability to create a fun and safe environment were exceptional. Our experience with our driver Jacob was excellent. We had a big group and he took us to our destination and back on a timely manner. We felt very safe and he even made a stop for us that was requested along the way. He gave us great recommendations and overall I would definitely book again with Jacob again! We even made a bit of a mess by accident in the vehicle and Jacob was kind enough to clean it up for us. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience! I would highly recommend spending a few hours going to see you the la Leona waterfall. It is a little bit of a strenuous hike, so I would call it moderate. It is all shaded though. I’m really fun. You will get entirely wet, so keep that in mind.We reserved private transport from the El Mangroove hotel, and our driver, Valeria was fantastic! She went above and beyond. There was also lunch included at a restaurant on our way back to the resort.Since we booked the driver, we also stopped at a souvenir shop and minimart. Valeria was amazing and took lots of photos and videos of us along the way and then sent them to us afterward. It was a great day and one of our favorite parts of the trip.
