リンコン デ ラ ビエハ火山国立公園の動植物、自然の驚異を探索する 1 日ツアーです。 1 日は 2 時間の適度なハイキングで構成されており、野生動物や火山活動を観察できます。次に、泳いだり水遊びができるオロペンドラ滝を訪れます。滝の後は、温泉でリラックスし、火山泥風呂を楽しんだ後、典型的なコスタリカのランチを食べます。

国立公園ハイキング バイリンガルのナチュラリスト ガイドと一緒に、熱帯雨林を通るラス パイラスの環状道路を 3.5 km (2 マイル) 歩き、火山、信じられないほどの自然、火山活動、野生生物の最高の景色をお楽しみください。この公園には、300 種以上の鳥類のほか、アルマジロ、ベイ、イグアナ、ハナグマ、シロザル、ホエザル、クモザルなどの多くの動物が生息しています。 オオハシ、七面鳥など。泡立つ泥壺、噴気孔、小さなクレーターなどの火山活動を見るために立ち止まります。 ラス パイラス セクターは、コスタリカのグアナカステで最も活発で最大の火山であるリンコン デ ラ ビエハ火山の力を見事に示しています。蒸気と硫黄は、黄色く錆びた土壌の天然の噴気孔から発生します。沸騰した火山水、細かい灰色の火山泥の泡、大きなバケツでの爆発で、さまざまな色合いの茶色の粘土バケツを目撃してください。この火山は、コスタリカで他に類を見ません。
ハイキングの後は、公園のすぐ外にあるオロペンドラの滝まで人里離れた小道を歩いてみましょう。青いラグーンに飛び込んで泳ぐことができます。
温泉＆火山泥風呂 昼食後、温泉へ。熱帯の乾燥した森林に囲まれたリオ ネグロ (ブラック リバー) ホット スプリングスには、リンコン デ ラ ビエハ火山によって自然に温められた温泉水を備えた 10 のプールがあります。私たちの癒しの水でリラックスして贅沢をお楽しみください。火山泥を体になじませる「火山泥風呂」も体験できます！

We had a great time hiking in Rincon de La Vieja - we saw fumeroles, mud pits, and other volcanic activity. It was hot when we went but we were still able to see spider monkeys, wild turkeys, and a few other birds. The hot springs were neat. The water swimming was perfect cold mountain water to cool you down after the hike. Shoutout for our guide Daphne who was very knowledgeable and super nice!
It was a great trip. We took my older aunt and the tour operators were so patient. Plenty of food and bathroom breaks. Clean bathroom with tissue. I really enjoyed the hot springs
Excellent experience overall. The volcano is the most impressive activity we did in our stay in Guanacaste. This is a 2 mile hike that is kid-friendly. The waterfall was very nice, we enjoyed a 30 minute dip. The thermal bath was also very joyful, you have different pools at different temperatures, all close to 100 degrees F. Santos was our tour guide, he is very knowledgeable and kept the group informed at all times. I highly recommend this tour.
The experience was great! Lots and lots of stairs but completely worth it! The most beautiful tour! We even heard monkeys!
Carry an insulated reusable water bottle during hike. It can get hot. The tour guides provide cold bottles of water, before the hike! This hike was not strenous, however there are several steps to climb and descend. The lunch buffet was excellent and you can eat as much as you want! The tour guides were friendly, informative and fun!
Great experience! Kevin was our tour guide and was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made the 2 hour hike very interesting. You can tell he has a passion for sharing about the Costa Rican culture.

Our guide Daphne was awesome, she guides us, answered questions, ensure we were ok, stayed with us all the time. The lunch was a nice surprise, we were expecting some easy and simple and we were taken to a very ice buffet restaurant.

Harry was amazing. He was so helpful and funny. Really enjoyed our tour and group. Everyone had a great time. This hike is intense so I don’t recommend it if you have bad knees or a bad back. But it’s definitely worth it.
Be sure to bring a snack and a towel. They provide a towel for the hot springs, but not the waterfall in between. You will need an electrolyte drink and a snack after the hike. The hike is about 2 hours and involves a lot of steps. Due to the rain we didn't get to see much wildlife, but still worth it. My legs were jelly after the hike and then you have to do more steps and walking to get to the waterfall and hot springs. You have a chance to change into your swim suit after the hike. I'm an overweight asthmatic and another lady had leg and vertigo issues, but we were both able to do it all. It's strenous, but doable.
