My experience with this agency left much to be desired. They do not meet the schedules or the promised accompaniment. First, the transport left well after the agreement. Second, attendance is nil; I was dropped off at an unknown location and had to search for the train station on my own walking blocks. The most disappointing thing was the visit to Machu Picchu: I was assigned the earliest schedule (when it rains the most this month), preventing me from enjoying the scenery or taking photos, something that would have been avoided with minimal planning. Return pickup service also failed, leaving me waiting alone in the early morning. I feel like they improvised with my money.

Beautiful experience, very coordinated everything. Nice places, good guides and agency staff all the time watching everything. 100% recommended

All the tours were good, they complied with everything agreed, when I return to Cuzco I will go again with this agency, 100% recommended!
