We accidentally booked on the wrong day because of the time change. As soon as we realized it, we called. It was only 3 minutes after the 24 hour deadline for the refund. They were not able to book us a new tour for that day and they refused to refund us. Extremely frustrating and upsetting on top of the stress of being in another country.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. According to your booking confirmation, your tour was scheduled for 18/07 at 7:00 PM. However, you contacted us on 17/07 at 7:15 PM, saying that you were waiting to be picked up. Unfortunately, since the booking was for the following day, it was not possible to arrange a driver and vehicle at such short notice. Last-minute requests without prior notice cannot be accommodated, as all our tours are organized in advance and depend on driver and vehicle availability. Although the incorrect date was due to a booking mistake, we offered to reschedule your tour for any other available day during your stay. You informed us that another day was not possible and that you could only take the tour at that moment. We completely understand your disappointment, but just as changing your plans was difficult for you, organizing a new tour outside our schedule at the last minute was equally impossible for us. Regarding the refund, the 24-hour cancellation policy is set and enforced by TripAdvisor/Viator, not by our company. Your payment was made directly to TripAdvisor/Viator, and we do not receive those funds until approximately one month after the tour takes place. Since your booking did not qualify for a refund under their cancellation policy, TripAdvisor/Viator did not refund the payment. As we never received your payment, we are unfortunately not authorized to issue a refund ourselves. Additionally, if we cancel a tour within 24 hours of departure, our company is charged penalties by the platform. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Greece.

The tour was excellent—he guided us through the city, shared insightful knowledge, and treated us to a fantastic meal. We got to see all the monuments beautifully lit up at night, which made the experience feel truly magical. His timing was perfect, allowing us to catch the changing of the guards as well. We enjoyed an amazing night tour of Athens with our driver, Giannis, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Giannis was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning.We passed by many beautifully lit landmarks, enjoying stunning views while learning interesting facts that only an experienced local guide can share. One of the highlights of the evening was our stop at a traditional Greek tavern, where we tasted authentic local dishes — absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a magical experience that perfectly combined sightseeing, culture, and great food.
