Great experience , you can even join a short boat ride on the water in Montenegro to see everything from the water . Vasil was a great guide . He let us know everything to expect step by step .

It was well managed trip with sufficient time at Kotar ,thanks to our driver and guide.Big bus can be more comfortable for such trip.

The tour starts far too early, and the amount of time actually spent in Kotor is far too short for such a long and tiring day. The tour was advertised as starting at 6:30am, but our pickup was actually at 6:00am. The pickup times should be clearly advertised for each pickup area when booking. That would allow customers to properly plan their day and, more importantly, decide in advance whether the early start is suitable for them before committing to the tour. For a full-day excursion, there was simply too much time spent travelling and not enough time to enjoy Kotor. I would strongly recommend making the actual pickup times much more prominent in the tour description so customers know exactly what they are signing up for.

The guide was very good, clear instructions of where to meet at pick up and points along the tour. Gave us some info in the places we were passing. If you just want a quick taster of montenegro then this tour is good. The guide also helped us to get off at budva along the way home, much appreciated 👍🏼

Absolutely the worst bus journey I have ever been on, the guide lovely but we were cramped in the seat and the bus had no suspension so we felt every bump in the road and the vibration noise was terrible. We also had to walk along way to get the bus back.

The place is fantastic,very nice views to see after a long drive, but it's still worth it,our tour guide Vasil was very knowledgeable recommended tour.

A long day... but a great day! A fantastic way to see Montenegro from my Tirana, Albania base! Loved Kotor!

This trip started and ended as a nightmare. This was shocking, considering that this is not our first time we've been to Albania, and during our previous visit we had only exceptional experiences and we met amazing and welcoming people. Everything went wrong even since the beginning. We were told to be at a meeting point in Durrës at 5:05 AM. When the bus didn't show up after 10 minutes of waiting, I tried to communicate with the person who sent the message a day before,but I got no reply. A bit before 5:30 AM a shabby, grey minivan finally appeared, and if I would have been traveling alone, I would have refused to get in. The driver didn't speak English, and we were very confused as we had no idea whether we would have to travel all the way to Montenegro and back without an English speaking guide, and moreover, in a vehicle that shouldn't be allowed to be out on the streets anymore. After about a 25 minutes ride, we were left to a second meeting point where a bus was waiting for us - same old, smelly, cramped bus which totally disregards the safety rules, that we have travelled with to Ksamil and Sarandë just a few days prior this trip. The guide, Ana, greeted us, and provided 2 notebooks to be passed from a passenger to another, for us to write down our names on 2 separate lists (even though the agency should have already had our information). After gathering missing details for border crossing, from passengers who were not contacted prior to this trip by the agency, she made the presence (school style, except that she added a few bad jokes). Then she completely ignored us until after crossing the border with Montenegro, when she briefly talked about Albania's and Montenegro's history (not more than 10 minutes in total). The excuse was "people are sleeping". We have taken similar trips across Europe, and we never before felt so clucless about the places we were passing through and the time when we will arrive to the destinations scheduled in the itinerary. On the way back, we had only one stop for facilities, and Ana disregarded requests for natural emergency stop. We were treated as spoiled children. Ana's rudeness left us speachless when she raised the voice to a group of elderly ladies, when they were expressing their dissatisfaction about the way the agency "arranged" their return to the hotel. We were picked up from the second meeting point we were left in the morning, by the same minivan, with the same non English speaking driver. Overall, the journey was stressful, even frustrating at times, completely ruining the Montenegro experience. The intention of this review is to warn people about the experience, but it is also meant to encourage the agency to improve their services. Albania is a beautiful country with wonderful people. It would be a shame to let your staff ruin the visitors' perception about your country.
