Jean d'Amour was excellent with his communication and where to find him for the meet up. Pin drop and photos. Gave us a good history and saw some of the main sights.

My tour guide NEVER SHOWED UP. I spent nearly an hour texting with Viator with no success. This was part of a trip to Italy that was booked months ago. The next day, I received this response from Viator: “ After a thorough review, we regret to inform you that we’re unable to issue a refund for this booking, as the operator has not approved it.”. So, the “operator” who failed to show up is in charge of determining if I get a refund? Viator- I thought you were a better company than that.

Midya was great, super thorough with the experience living in Padua and going through various points of interest. Glad I booked it as it gave me a great overview of the city.

Se gi was a wonderful and enthusiastic guide full of interesting information. What a beautiful and historic city! Highly recommend this walking tour, it’s just the right length and she gave us plenty of suggestions of places to further explore. A perfect day trip from Venice.

Eesha was so knowledgeable and customized our one hour tour based on our interests. We learned so much about Padua which helped us enjoy the rest of our stay

The tour guide seemed to be overly invested in showing us the details of the two major cathedrals in Padova and little else. She had sent me a lit of the sites we'd see but besides the fountain circle with statuary (30 mins there) we spent all the rest of the tour in the two churches. We both told her we weren't religious and knew nothing about the Catholic faith but it seemed that was all she was interested in. The two churches were great but we'd like to have seen more of Padova. Maybe a different guide has more experience. She had never been anywhere but Padova (not even Vicenza, (a 5 Euro ride away) which lessens her understanding of the kind of people who might take this tour.

This was a great tour! Our guide, Fawad, was perfect for us. He inquired beforehand about our interests and adapted the tour to include those along with other highlights of the city. He is very knowledgeable and easy-going, and even helped us with restaurant (and gelato) recommendations afterward. Highly recommended.
