Really enjoyed this tour. Host was very friendly and got us to Sirmione before a lot of other tours so the start of our day was less crowded. He was very knowledgable and shared an appropriate amount of history and interesting facts. I loved the little town of Desenzano even though it was raining. Overall a 5/5.

We enjoyed the different locations and particularly the time to walk around the lake and enjoy the beaches. Alessandro is a great guide.

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was informative and charming. The boat trip in Sirmione is really good, and they make sure to get you to Sirmione and out again before the hordes of other tourists. Then we stopped on Descanzano for lunch because it’s a quiet, pretty little town les despoiled by tourism, and then Borghetto, which is a stage-set Disney-esque ancient mill town worth a quick stop. We learned a lot and it was a good outing away from the usual activities in Verona highly recommend. I went solo but the other people were very pleasant.

Alessandro was a terrific guide. Informative but not overbearing. The day was wonderful, with adequate time to visit Sirmione and Desenzano. The stop in Borghetto was a nice way to end the day.

Our guide was perfect for us. He was flexible and considerate of the things we wanted to cover that weren’t exactly on the planned tour. He was knowledgeable of the area in a detailed and yet no nonsense way. No politics (which seems to happen a lot these days with a bit of American bashing).

Spectacular tour and guide. Alessandro was professional, insightful and very personable. The time allocated for the 3 towns was perfect. Had enough time to explore on our own after Alessandro shared his knowledge with the highlights of the town with the group. Also, Alessandro was very considerate to my husband’s needs as he was using a mobility scooter. He adjusted the path into the towns we visited to accommodate the scooter.

The heat in Verona was hot for us this summer and this trip Allowed us to visit places while not melting . The guide was so easy going and talked us through the regions / the history aswell as driving and keeping us all On time

My sister and I loved this day trip to Lake Garda! The boat ride around Sirmione was amazing and we were given plenty of time to walk around and enjoy the adorable town. The other two stops were also really cool, especially the medieval town of Borghetto. We were only in Verona for a few days so this tour allowed us to see Lake Garda and get back in time to enjoy our evening in Verona. Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to see Lake Garda!

Alexandro from Hive tours Verona comes highly recommended he was passionate and knowledgeable and in addition to visiting Sermione with the excellent boat trip around the peninsula and right up to the castle he included an extra trip to the ancient town of Dezinzano before moving on to the beautiful village of Bhorgetto all in all a great day.

A great trip. Well worth the expense. Alessandro was exceptional providing a good mix with transport and facts, a 39 minute or so boat trip, nearly 2 hours free time at Sirmione then a brilliant lunch venue at Borghetto. A great way to complete the activity at Lake Garda, lunch and drive back to Verona.
