Stefan was a great guide and driver. Took us through the best route for the upper and lower lakes in Plitvice National Park. We avoided the very long queue for one of the ferries and got back in good time to Zagreb. The lakes and waterfalls are all very beautiful and not to be missed.
Wonderful experience helped by Marco. He gave us lots of interesting information, well organized and good sense of humor. I really enjoyed the whole trip.
100% recommend using this tour. Our guide Marko was very knowledgeable and obviously has a great passion and pride for the lakes. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient he guided us around the very busy park with ease and humour. The small group tour was well organised and enabled us to have sufficient time in the park. Pegasus provided good communication and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thanks again Marko for an excellent day.
Overall, the experience would have been much better if it hadn't rained. The tour guide introduced the sights to us in English throughout the journey. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it started raining heavily while we were walking around the Lower Lake in the park, and that's when the experience started going downhill. I'd suggest the guide be more flexible in handling situations — for example, letting group members who had already finished viewing a spot head straight to the endpoint, rather than having everyone stand around in the rain waiting for the others who hadn't finished yet. This is especially important since some group members didn't have raincoats or umbrellas at all.

Be prepared to walk - lots of steps but not too strenuous. It was nice with the little tour bus that takes you to the top of the park to walk to the bottom. The boat ride across the lake was very peaceful and beautiful
