We had a great experience with this company. When booking we were able to reserve pick up at our hotel with transfer to a cruise port. We started receiving confirmation messages 2 days before and our driver, Waqas, was great at communicating with us on What’sApp. He kept us updated, showed up early (with no rush), knew exactly where to take us, and got us there safely. Plenty of room for 6 of us and our large luggage. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
Driver was on time and communicated upon arrival. Vehicle was clean . Nice smooth ride from Port of Dover to London.
Overall very good experience with our driver. Our pick up was on time and reached our destination with plenty of time to spare. Would use Viator again. One suggestion, please include the pick up time on the email reservation along with a telephone number to easily call.
Paid for a premium sedan that would be for 2 people, 3 large suitcases, 1 small suitcase, and 2 carry on pieces. I said how much luggage we would have and the smallest car came. My husband had to sit in front with his legs cramped up- he is a tall man and I had all the luggage beside me except 2 pieces in trunk. Not acceptable for that amount of money I paid. Will not use your service again!!!!!!!
Please review this feedback. The passenger booked a Mercedes E-Class and was travelling with 5-6 suitcases. A Mercedes E-Class is not designed to accommodate that amount of luggage in the boot. Despite this, our driver assisted by placing some luggage on the front passenger seat to help accommodate everything. If the passenger was travelling with 5–6 suitcases, a 7-seater vehicle or a Mercedes van should have been booked, as those vehicle types are suitable for larger luggage requirements. The review is misleading because no Mercedes E-Class vehicle would normally be able to fit 5–6 suitcases entirely in the boot. We kindly request that this part of the review be removed.
The service is excellent from start to end. I will use again. The company provides through communication in regards to the service making the experience seamless.
The entire experience was terrible (other than prompt communication). We had to wait 3 hours, the driver was so slow that every type of vehicle passed us the entire drive (small cars, big cars, buses, vans). It added 30 minutes making a 21Bourbon commute nearly 3 hours. The van was loud making it impossible to hear the driver. As we approached our destination the driver got lost and could t find the hotel. We had to look up directions on our own.

However, our driver arrived and collected you at approximately 11:30 AM, which was 30 minutes earlier than your scheduled pickup time. It would be helpful to mention this in your review so that other passengers can understand the full circumstances. Secondly, you booked an Economy Sedan, but we upgraded you at no extra charge to a 2019 Mercedes 8-seater vehicle to provide additional comfort and space. As this is a diesel vehicle, some engine noise is normal and cannot be completely eliminated. Thirdly, all of our vehicles are fully licensed by the relevant transport authorities, and all of our drivers have a minimum of 10 years of professional driving experience. Our drivers must comply with road regulations and speed limits at all times. They cannot drive faster than the legal average speed simply to reduce journey times. Regarding the drop-off location, the hotel did not appear correctly on the driver's navigation system. However, the driver made every effort to locate the correct destination and ultimately dropped you off at the right place. Finally, the journey from Southampton Cruise Port to East London typically takes around 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions. We completed the journey within this expected timeframe. The only issue during the trip was the waiting time before departure, which resulted from the pickup time specified in your booking. Very professional and a good driver. The driver was nice. We would use them again. There was a lot of traffic and our driver was still able to find us very quickly. He arrived early.
The day before our transfers, we were notified that we would have two vans instead of one bus for all 14 of us. One of the vans had an exhaust issue and 7 of us had to deal with breathing exhaust fumes the entire trip! The worst experience ever!

The booking clearly stated a maximum capacity of 15 passengers and 15 medium-sized suitcases. However, your group arrived with 14 passengers, 14 large suitcases, and 14 pieces of hand luggage, totaling 28 items of luggage. Once all 14 passengers were seated, it was not physically possible to accommodate 28 pieces of luggage in a single minibus. To ensure your group could travel safely and comfortably, we arranged two Mercedes minibuses at no additional charge. We obtained your approval before dispatching the vehicles, and we have evidence confirming that you agreed to the use of two minibuses due to the excessive amount of luggage. As stated in the booking details, the vehicle's luggage capacity was a maximum of 15 medium-sized suitcases, whereas your group brought 28 pieces of luggage. We believe we acted reasonably and professionally by providing a suitable transport solution without any additional cost. Regarding your comments about exhaust fumes, all of our vehicles are fully licensed, regularly maintained, and approved for passenger transport. Our vehicles comply with all relevant transport regulations and inspections. The vehicle used for your journey was operating normally and completed several other journeys on the same day without any complaints from passengers. Furthermore, no concerns regarding exhaust fumes or vehicle condition were raised during the journey. If there had been a genuine safety issue, we would have expected it to be reported immediately so that appropriate action could be taken. We are disappointed that your review omits these important facts. Are driver arrived early in the office the option of leaving van or leaving at regular time. Turned out to be nice cause the traffic is backed up in London. Car was comfortable. The journey felt very safe and he was very kind. Driver would highly recommend this transfer service.
