Upon booking this ride, the provider contacted me about the pick up, which I answered. Upon arrival at the airport with wheelchair service made my way to the pickup location. No driver with my name, tried to call no good. Finally after some time waiting for a call or text. I took another ride from the airport kiosk. On the ride to London I get a message the driver is on his way. I replies back cancel. I am looking for a refund.

We had Sebastian drive us from our hotel to Dover pier to catch our cruise ship. Viator was in contact to confirm our reservation and make sure they were sending a vehicle that would carry us and our luggage for 3 ladies that do not travel light. Sebastian also contacted us and let us know he was running 15 mins late due to traffic. He loaded our luggage and was so friendly. Very professional and we had the best conversation. He made the drive interesting and fun. We had Uber drivers in London that didn’t say a word. With a 2.5 hr drive to Dover it was refreshing to have someone to talk to about so many interesting topics! Can’t recommend him high enough. And Viator for hiring him!
