Dervis provided a fantastic experience and a real insight in to Albanian culture and cuisine. The class was informative and professional but still lighthearted and fun and the well equipped and modern classroom environment was very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend and do again when I visit this wonderful country again!
What an experience! We are met with a big smile and a warm and good atmosphere. We get a thorough introduction and training in cooking, with stories about Albanian culture. We were a large group, there was a good atmosphere, laughter and joy. A first-class experience that we will remember! I recommend everyone try this! It was a fantastic experience to get to know the Albanian way of cooking and traditional recipes. It was overall fun and the class was very engaging. Chef Maris prepared a lot of appetisers for us to try. It’s a bit of a slow pace class and is perfect for first timers like me.
It was such an amazing experience! We had the opportunity to learn about and make traditional Albanian dishes and meet so many great people from all over the world! Maris was host chef and he is such a gracious and exceptional host! He is also very involved with helping others is his community and that is something I want to commend him for! I would absolutely do this again and encourage you to book a class if you’re ever in Albania!

It was a wonderful experience; Dervis was precise and welcoming. Even though he was in an English-speaking group, Dervis also knew Italian and was kind with the translations. We cooked and ate abundantly. Wine and raki were very good, as was the cooked food. The atmosphere was delightful.
The experience was phenomenal! The actual location was easy to find and felt cozy and professional. Our guide/chef Maris was such an awesome guy! Warm, friendly, engaging and extremely witty and funny! We enjoyed it so much!
An amazing experience, you wont regret taking this class, food was spectacular. The host really knows his stuff and demonstrated his skills.
