Sindi provided a fantastic experience and a real insigit in to Albanian culture and cuisine. The class was informative and professional but still lighthearted and fun and the well equipped classroom enviroment was very comfortable and relaxed as was the wonderful courtyard to enjoy the fruits of our labours, complete with pear and fig trees. I would defintely reccomend and do again when I visit this wonderful country again!
Sindi met is out front of the house and was very welcoming, wonderful and had a great sense of humor! The wine was absolutely amazing (homemade) and the food was exceptional. We’ve done cooking classes in many countries and this was one of our favorites. Sindi was a great host! Highly recommend.
Our chef instructor, Sindi was fantastic! The food she taught us to cook was delicious and easy to make. I would definitely take another course with Sindi as the instructor.
! had some time before starting a hiking trip and chose to do the cooking class with Cindi. I am glad I did. This is a great way to have a wonderful meal, drink some great homemade wine, experience Raki and come home with some recipes, as a souvenir!! It was definitely worth the money paid for the class. Cindi not only showed us how to cook authentic Albanian dishes, she answered all of our questions about Tirana. It was like having a friend in a new city. There were 3 other students who were also very fun to be around. I am glad we didn't go to the market with Cindi to the food. It isn't a good use of time. Cindi was well organized and loves what she is doing. Falenminderit schume, Cindi !!
Cindy, the perfect person for this cooking class. Cheerful, ironic, skilled, and professional. We felt at home; she knew how to manage 12 people as if we were all family. She made typical recipes easily replicable for everyone together, giving tasks to each person and guiding us. A beautiful, long, and absolutely delicious and fun lunch. Thanks Cindyyyyy Fede and John
Delightful experience. Host is knowledgeable, skilled and hilarious. We learned things and she enabled us to make delicious, traditional foods while having an incredibly fun time.
Must do!!! Absolutely LOVED this! Sindi was amazing! Atmosphere, food, chef, and drinks were all incredible. Such a good time! Highly recommended.
Good food, and an even better vibe
Had a really enjoyable time cooking three Albanian dishes (which all tasted lovely!). Sindy was a great teacher, friendly, warm and gave clear instructions. There were 8 people in our group which was perfect for everyone to contribute. There was also an good amount of time to be able to socialise, both whilst the food was cooking and when we ate. Thoroughly recommend.
Sindi was a great hostess and teacher - funny and very hospitable. Wine and water were provided - as much as you wanted. Learned some valuable techniques for phyllo dough prep that I will certainly use again. Lamb dish and vegetarian options were both excellent with lots of food to take away after eating together. Great camaraderie among the participants. Highly recommend.
