Regarding transportation everything was correct but at the park I did not have the best experience the park is nice but the tickets are overpriced for what it is and the service at the ticket office was not correct when selling me a locker whose code did not work and when I requested a refund because I decided to buy another one instead of waiting they were not professional and wanted to act like the process was long to avoid returning my money something that should be included in the park ticket. That is my experience the others inside the park were quite friendly although when I asked for help in the process none of them knew or did not have a way to communicate with the gate something that I also did not think was right I repeat that was my experience

Great water park in the Caribbean to visit with friends and family to enjoy and relax in the sun

Park was good. Lots of...
Park was good. Lots of different slides and activities for a wide range of people. Food and drinks were a reasonable price. A little pricey for the entrance hence the 4 stars but would do again and we have no regrets.

Terrible service...
Terrible service transportation didn’t pick us up so had to pay going and coming back took all my money theives

Amazing day!
Visited today as a family of 4 and was honestly one of the best days out we have had in a long time. The park is fantastic and great value for money. Staff clearly enjoy their work and were always willing to help. Amenities are clean and the rides perfect. If you have the time and are visiting the area go!

Back at Dorado Park
I was at Dorado Park again today and this time I found new activities available; as always, Luisa from guest service welcomed us with a big smile and her excellent service.
Well, let me tell you that they have now opened the second stage of the Turquoise Canyon, the clouds, and the Water Temple that is right after the Treasure Chamber!
I enjoyed every one of them and I will return soon for my next vacation!

What a great time.
Wow. What an amazing time. So much to do easy to spend a full day with out even noticing the time. Over all it was beautiful, the villas were amazing a little apartment with private full bath and private pool , the baby was able to take a nap under AC while the big kids got on all the ride. The Rides were fantastic, the cenotes was one of my favorite floating with the kids and laughing was amazing, jumping into the water 20ft in the air was so much fun. Food was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a most do when you visit DR.
