ツアーが始まる前に、集合場所でツアーガイドに会い、ツアーの簡単な説明と有名な屋台料理の食べ方についてお話をします。屋台料理だけが食べ物ではありません。すべての屋台料理を組み合わせて、有名な屋台料理を訪ね、トレインストリートを見て、エッグコーヒーを楽しみます。私たちが食べるものは次のとおりです。 -ブンチャー（焼き豚パテと麺） -フォーボー（牛肉麺）ブンリュー（カニ麺スープ） -豚肉のお粥 -ベトナム風パンケーキ（バインセオ） -バインミー -ベトナム風サラダ 屋台料理を楽しんだ後は、ガイドが特別なエリアに連れて行ってくれます。今まで見たことのない素晴らしいものを見るために、トレインストリートへ連れて行ってくれます。
食べ物を全部楽しんだ後は、トレインストリートの中を歩いてみましょう。少し歩いたり、写真を撮ったり、コーヒーショップに立ち寄って、エッグコーヒーやツアーセットメニューの別のドリンクを楽しんだりできます。その後、電車が来るのを待ちます。電車が来るのを見てください。楽しくてユニークな体験ができるでしょう。電車を見た後は、集合場所に戻るか、ホテルまで歩いて戻ります。

Changed from a lunch start to an evening start and quickly accommodated with a solo excursion at no extra charge. Stella was great company easy to talk to and we moved easily at my pace. Highly recommend so you taste authentic cuisine where you might by-pass 5 stars
