This was a lovely wee boat tour , our knowledgeable tour operator Michael was very friendly and independant operator . Very knowledgable about the city, would thoroughly recommend .

The guide was nice and accommodating. A little difficult to find the exact place, but a lot of information.

Micheal was a great captain/tour guide. Small boat, 7 passengers. I would recommend if you’re looking for a small group activity.

They firstly asked to change the time of our boat tour and we agreed, they gave a few days notice and they were offering an upgrade to include prosecco. Finally, on the day of the tour we turned up 15 mins before and found nobody there. I then tried to contact them at 4pm the agreed time to which the response was an email sent cancelling the tour. They claim it was due to weather but there was no issue with the weather at the time. Probably just a lack of customers. Worst still, they did not even complete a refund and I had to chase Viator about that. What a scam company, avoid booking with them! They’ll ruin your plans and not care a less!

Outstanding experience! Exceeded our expectations! Michal, our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. The mulled wine served on board was hot and tasty, perfect to keep you warm on a chilly autumn day. I can only recommend anyone who's visiting the city of Gdansk.

It was a great trip with a well planned itinerary covering all the major points of interest as well as out to the shipyards. Marcel (our young Captain) was a great advertisement for the business with his gentle sense of humour and adding extra information to the taped commentary. He was happy to take on questions and answer them. The boat was electric and the lack of engine noise was a bonus. The managers of the business need to update the information on the meeting point location and finding the boat and crew as what is stated on the confirmation of the booking does not match the reality.

nice boat tour with guide who explains to you Gdansk (or info from the tape), drive u.a. into the port (visually unappealing) and along the old town - everything you can also visit well on foot.

A nice trip on the river. The surroundings were great! Some of the guiding was pre-recorded audio, which I liked. The 50 min trip was an OK length, but it could have been longer as well.
