ウロス島とタキーレ島：終日スピードボートで移動。

A transport picks you up at the hotel, which is convenient. Then you board one of the (dozens of) boats ready to leave for the island; it starts with music on board (plan for tips). The guide Samuel was very interesting because he spoke English and Spanish and gave a lot of explanations. On Uros: you arrive in a community of a few inhabitants who show the construction of an island, then souvenir purchases are (too) strongly recommended; most leave on the boat (15 S/pers) to reach the island opposite in 10min; we returned to the big boat for our part. 2nd Uros island to pick up people and buy coffee, food, or crafts. Departure then for Taquile; the boat drops you off at a port and you have to climb for about 30 minutes at a good pace, and 50 if you take breaks, because it can be complicated in terms of breathing. At the top = dance demonstration that follows for all the tourists (tips), then restaurant (choice between 2 menus previously chosen on the boat), and the guide tells the history of the island and the local crafts. Fairly steep descent to the 2nd port where you pick up the boat, then return to Puno. A shuttle can drop you back off at the hotel if you wish.

We had a great experience on our trip to the islands with our guide, Samue. He explained everything very clearly and was always considerate of the English-speaking guests, making sure that we understood the information and never felt left out. Samuel was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and he made the whole trip much more enjoyable. We really appreciated how attentive he was throughout the tour. We would definitely recommend this tour and Samuel to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was a wonderful experience; despite having difficulties traveling the route, the guide Lenin was an excellent person, very attentive and kind, always very patient. I recommend it 100%. It is a great experience and with the best guide it is comforting. Since you know that everything is going well, it was a worry-free trip, I loved it.

Let yourselves be surprised. Go to the public port and take a boat, there are many options The city, places to eat, churches, lots of shops...wonderful experience.

A good experience to discover Lake Titicaca in one day. The view and the food were delicious.

I had a lot of fun, it is a very pleasant experience, totally recommended, good explanation and I was able to understand more about the culture of my beautiful Peru, thanks to the guide Miguel!

The experience was great. Interesting to see people living on the floating island at Uros. In 10-15 years probably people won’t live there anymore more because it’s a hard live. Taquile island we were welcomed with a traditional dance, had a great local lunch and short walk back to the speedboat. The agency were so nice to arrange a taxi to the airport so we could make this trip without any stress

This tour was a great way to experience the wonderful sights of Lake Titicaca, especially from Taquile. Seeing the floating islands and hearing the presentation those living there gave about their lives was also very cool. However, note that the tour boat's bathrooms are not the best, and that the included lunch, while good, did not have a large range of options.

Well organized tour. Giovanni was an excellent guide who explained all very well. The Uros Islands presentation and visit was informative. The Taquile Island visit was amazing and lunch was very good. The toilet in the fast boat was very basic but at least there was a toilet!

Beautiful discovery of the Uros islands, the inhabitants, and their way of life. A bit disappointed by the visit to Taquile. A lot of boat time for a brief crossing of the island.
