Wonderful experience. We booked very last minute today bc our 5 hrs tour for tomorrow, with another company, that I booked 3 months ago. was cancelled this morning supposedly bc it will be too windy. I dont know if the weather was the real reason or they just double booked us, but I am happy that we did our tour today and it was 2 hrs instead of 5 bc my kids loved the beach today and want to go back tomorrow instead of spending 5 hrs on the boat. I was worried if swimming at sunset will be enjoyable, but water was warm and still pretty blue and the sunset was beautiful. Danilo was our skipper - very nice guy, with good English. Communication with Marco was also excellent. Happy we did this tour.
The skipper Marco very good and very nice, in the tour explained the history of the place and offered wine and typical snacks. Highly recommended, fun and relaxing experience

What a beautiful boat ride from Tropea. Marco was an excellent guide and provided delicious local aperitivo to enjoy, too! We decided not to swim because we did the sunset cruise and it wasn’t very hot out, but it was tempting because the water was beautiful and there were really pretty fish. I looked at a lot of boat tours before deciding on one, and am happy I booked this one. Do yourself a favor and book it, too!!
Marco was great! He took us to the most popular spots around tropea and we got to swim around in the ocean. It was a great way to see places that wouldn’t be accessible without a boat. Definitely recommend!
This was such a wonderful tour. Marco was knowledgeable, kind and fun. He jumped off of the rocks with our kids and we learned so much about the history of Tropea. You can book with a larger tour group and get on one of those packed boats, but it won’t be the same.
My girlfriend and I booked this boat tour with Marco who was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish. Marco was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. As a local skipper who grew up in Tropea, he gave us a unique experience of the coast, showing us hidden gems and must-see spots that we would never have discovered on our own. The highlight of the trip was when he hand-fished sea urchins, offering us a taste of the freshest seafood straight from the ocean while sitting on top of a rock formation and ancient Roman port! Marco's knowledge of the area, combined with his warm personality, made the entire day feel like a private adventure with a friend. He offered us a great traditional Calabrese aperitivo and the wine was excellent! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. If you’re looking for a boat tour, we highly recommend! It was the highlight of our trip!
Marco was an excellent skipper and made the boat tour very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about Tropea and the different landmarks. We also stopped multiple times to go swimming in caves, etc. We ended off the tour with wine and local food. Would highly recommend!
Marco was a great guide and captain who made the tour interesting and interactive stopping the boat to tell the history of different places which we particularly enjoyed. His good English and friendly manner made everyone feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommend
