Il 24/08/2026 (14:00-17:00) abbiamo prenotato un'escursione in barca con CST Tropea al prezzo di 45€ a persona. Avevamo già versato un acconto di 15€ come deposito, per cui restavano da pagare 60€ al momento dell'escursione. Il conducente, Giuseppe, ci ha umiliati — a me e mia moglie — davanti a tutti gli altri clienti a bordo, per un ritardo di appena 5 minuti, nonostante avessimo telefonato per avvisare che eravamo già in cammino verso il punto d'incontro. Un comportamento aggressivo e totalmente fuori luogo verso dei clienti paganti. Come se non bastasse, ci ha costretti a pagare 80€ invece dei 60€ ancora dovuti, approfittandosi della situazione. Dopo un reclamo formale, l'azienda ha ammesso per iscritto l'errore e promesso il rimborso dei 20€ pagati in eccesso. Sono passate settimane e, nonostante i solleciti, non abbiamo ricevuto un solo centesimo. Promesse scritte e poi ignorate: altro che professionalità. Non date i vostri soldi a questa azienda. Já tínhamos pago 15€ de depósito antecipado, restando 60€ a pagar no dia do passeio. O condutor, Giuseppe, nos humilhou — a mim e à minha esposa — na frente de todos os outros clientes a bordo, por um atraso de apenas 5 minutos, mesmo depois de termos ligado avisando que já estávamos a caminho do ponto de encontro. Um comportamento agressivo e totalmente desproporcional com clientes que estavam pagando pelo serviço. Como se não bastasse, ainda nos obrigou a pagar 80€ em vez dos 60€ que restavam, se aproveitando da situação. Depois de uma reclamação formal, a empresa admitiu o erro por escrito e prometeu reembolsar os 20€ cobrados a mais. Já se passaram semanas e, apesar das cobranças, não recebemos um centavo sequer. Promessas por escrito que simplesmente ignoram depois: isso não é profissionalismo, é desrespeito com o cliente. Não deem seu dinheiro a essa empresa. English Terrible experience, avoid at all costs. On 24/08/2026 (2-5pm) we booked a boat tour with CST Tropea at 45€ per person. We had already paid a 15€ deposit in advance, leaving 60€ still owed on the day of the tour. The driver, Giuseppe, humiliated my wife and me in front of every other guest on board, over a mere 5-minute delay — even though we'd called ahead to say we were already on our way to the meeting point. Completely aggressive and disproportionate behavior toward paying customers. As if that weren't enough, he then forced us to pay 80€ instead of the remaining 60€ owed, taking advantage of the situation. After a formal complaint, the company admitted the error in writing and promised to refund the 20€ overcharge. Weeks have passed and, despite repeated follow-ups, we haven't received a single cent. Written promises made and then ignored — this isn't professionalism, it's disrespect toward the customer. Don't give this company your money.

We did a private sailing trip with dinner with skipper Mattia. Blessed! Beautiful sunset, tranquility and good food! Maybe a bit more expensive than other excursions, but definitely worth it! Included in the trip: prosecco, snack, wine, water, pasta, fish dish and delicious tiramisu from Mona!

We did this tour and loved it, the time sincerely ran short, the sailboat was fantastic and the skipper Alessandro was very friendly and accommodating. We were served some fruit and Italian prosecco. The en-suite stops at completely transparent hostels were fantastic. I would repeat without hesitation. It is also a beautiful way to get acquainted with the nautical world and see another way to spend holidays

Simply unforgettable experience! Aperitif and dinner on a sailing boat at sunset: suggestive atmosphere, breathtaking colors and calm sea. The skipper Giuseppe was impeccable, professional and nice, and Alessandro helped to make the evening even more special. A combination of relaxation, good company and postcard landscapes that I recommend to anyone who wants to experience Tropea from a unique point of view.

A magical sunset boat trip with CST in Tropea. The crew was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere relaxing but exciting. Fresh Prosecco, fruit and a sunset that colored the sky.
