This was awesome, well organized excursion. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We saw at least seven whales and also some sea lions. They did a great job explaining everything and educating us.

Everything they said it would be with snacks, coffee, great tour guides and fun. From the bus driver to the boat captain and mate they were professional and a lot of fun. We saw lots of wildlife and the glacier was an easy walk with pickup right at the visitor station

Entire trip was fantastic. From bus driver to boat captain and naturalist. Saw a lot of whales and dolphins. Mendenhall Glacier and Nuggett Fals were magnificent Sites. I highly recommend this excursion.

What a wonderful day. Everything was perfectly arranged. Clear information in advance. Whale watching was first on the program: and what luck we had. A group of 12-13 whales were hunting together so we experienced multiple bubble net feeding moments. Great! Then to the Mendenhall Glacier. I had booked the option that had plenty of time to walk to the waterfall. It was clearly communicated on the bus what time the bus was ready for the return trip. A beautiful day. Definitely recommended.

10/10 experience! tour bus drivers were friendly, organized, and punctual. whale watching guides were knowledgeable and kept the group engaged the whole time and helped point out whales out on the water. the stop at mendenhall glacier was gorgeous, definitely take the hike to nugget falls if you can. would definitely recommend and do it again!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. It was well organized and the guides were fabulous. Willing to share their knowledge of the area and the whales with us. They were entertaining. We highly recommend this tour and this company.

We were first time cruisers and worried how the timing would work but timing worked out perfectly with our early disembarking at 9am, a free shuttle from the dock to downtown and meeting 5-10 min early for our 10:15 excursion. We even had time to explore downtown briefly before meeting up! Everything ran PERFECTLY on time by the excursion company, and our driver Jerry was a treat! What an authentic person. Our captain was calm cool and collected and we saw whales and a baby! Then they treated us to some sea lions as well! The glacier was fogged in, but nothing you can do about that! The walk to Nugget Falls is worth it!

The boat part definitely like excitement. We didnt really have any good whale. They parked way too far. The whales were very far away and hard to see. The tour guides were friendly but was disappointed with views

Whale watching and glacier were awesome. Great ship and crew were knowledgeable. Bus transportation was not expected, so many people. I did not realize how this would be handled. The transportation back from the glacier was confusing, Not sure if we had to take a certain bus, or could take any bus. Details could have been presented in a clearer fashion.
