The sheer scale of the Duomo makes you feel tiny, yet deeply connected to the past. This ticket made the entry effortless, leaving all my energy for absorbing the beauty inside.A perfectly organized visit to a timeless wonder.
Nobody was at ticket pick up point to collect tickets so we couldn’t do the experience booked and waiting for refund
It's a really great way to get into the Duomo with the timed entrance and no stress on waiting and not getting in. Our guide was wonderful and I'm so glad we toured with her and not by ourselves.
This was a great way to enjoy the Duomo! Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out many things we would never have known without her. For anyone doing the tour - you can get bottled water at the chocolate store before the tour as it did get hot when we were lining up to go in.
Standing under that iconic dome was a dream come true. The organization was excellent, the staff was helpful, and the audio guide really helped us appreciate the immense history of Florence. Truly wonderful.
Don't just admire it from the pavement! Going inside is essential. The logistics of the ticket were seamless, and the audio tour beautifully connects the art with the history of Tuscany.
The guide was very engaging and informative. The pace of the entry was a little slow despite it being a booked entry, however the experience inside was worth the wait.
While waiting in line in front of the cathedral, the audio guide kept crashing, and one had to scan the QR code with the guide again. to scan. There was endless information before one was even inside. After entering the cathedral, we disconnected and explored on our own.

The tour was Informative and entertaining in all areas of the church and gave depth to the history that would be lost without the tour.
Queuing for a very long time so no advantage to an online booked ticket. Too bad we were also in the wrong row with the tour guide

All visitors are required to pass through the official Cathedral security check, and waiting times may vary depending on the number of visitors on the day. Our guide accompanied the group and followed the instructions provided by the Cathedral staff regarding the entrance line.
