Burj Khalifa The experience was amazing apart from the fact that you were rushed when you came to the view around the shop. Some form of guidance at this point would have been good.
Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback and for leaving such a great review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and liked the Attraction. Thank..
We were disappointed as we were at The Palm View the day before. Much more was offered for less money. The line was eternally long. Waiting time was about 3 hours. Included here was 30min wander through the Dubai Mall to find the entrance. More signs would be recommended. When we arrived fixed and ready at the top, we were through with the view after 20min. We couldn't even see Palm Jumeirah. Overall not recommended.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience at At The Top, Burj Khalifa did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be to face long waiting times and difficulty locating the entrance, especially after already visiting other attractions. Please note that wait times can vary significantly depending on the season, time of day, and ticket type. During peak hours, queues may unfortunately be longer than usual. We always recommend arriving early and allowing extra time when visiting popular attractions like Burj Khalifa. Regarding the visibility, weather conditions such as haze or humidity can sometimes affect the clarity of the view, including landmarks like Palm Jumeirah. Your feedback about signage and overall experience is truly valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. We hope to have the opportunity to assist you better in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
The wait for this was entirely too long. Once you got to the top it was great but we had to rush because we had made other plans. Make sure to budget at least three hours.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the long waiting time you experienced. During peak seasons and busy hours, waiting times at At the Top, Burj Khalifa can be longer than usual due to the high number of visitors. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the experience once you reached the top, but we understand how the delay affected your other plans. We always recommend guests allow at least 3 hours during peak periods to fully enjoy the visit without feeling rushed. Your feedback is truly appreciated and helps future guests plan better.
The views from the top are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset when the entire city glows beautifully. The elevators are super fast, the staff is very helpful, and everything is well-organized. It’s definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai and worth every moment. I would highly recommend booking your tickets in advance for the best timing!

I visited the Burj Khalifa at around 9 PM with a friend, and it was an incredible experience. The view of Dubai from the 125th floor at night was breathtaking — the city lights looked magical from that height. The entire experience was smooth and well-organised. The staff were polite and guided us properly throughout. The elevator ride was surprisingly fast and smooth, reaching the top in just a few moments. We took some beautiful pictures and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend everyone to visit at least once. It’s an experience you’ll never forget!

It was an absolute imposition for any tourist, a queue of over 3h to get up and another 2h wait to get back down. A scuffle and hustle but alike!!! Once and never again, absolute tourist rip-off!!!
