There was a misunderstanding about pick up time and the driver rushed to get us because of a ferry departure. Upon arrival to the port, our ferry was not in operation and our tickets were not valid. Our travel company did not make us aware of the change so we had no way to leave Mykonos. The driver helped us navigate a VERY stressful situation and spoke to a ferry ticket agent to get us new tickets. He also secured us a better rate because business class seats were all that remained. We appreciated his willingness to help us and not just end the service at drop off. I don’t know the name of the company he worked for or I would put it in this review. He was one of Mykonos’s finest!!!!

Couldn’t have had a better arrival into Mykonos. Amazing communication from the start and lovely warm, friendly customer service. Would highly recommended using this firm. I will continue to use them for the entirety of our stay here in Mykonos as they are so efficient and responsive.

BOOK it! I booked a pickup from the airport to the hotel and we used this service for the 5 days in Mykonos. They were there ready whenever we needed anything, they were fair in price and amazing service- the Manager Bill was very responsive and provides a tour that everyone should do and our driver Dimitris deserves a raise! Couldn’t have had a better experience with this company! Me and my friends stayed for a week in Mykonos and every single time we used Icarus Transfers we were never disappointed. Bill was so friendly and made sure to keep great communication amongst me and the other drivers by responding extremely quickly and sorted out any problems right away. All of the drivers came promptly and on time (sometimes even early!). The luxury vehicles were beautiful and were always kept clean - couldn’t fault it at all. Peri, one of the drivers, had impeccable service and was very accommodating. He played amazing music when driving us to our fun destinations. Our experience with Bill is one that we will always remember as the best part of our Mykonos, Greece trip. We arrived at the airport early, and was greeted by Bill without having to wait. I mistakingly left my backpack at the airport and he was very kind to take me back to retrieve it. Next we spent a half day tour with his company seeing all the beautiful sights on this gorgeous island. Although it was the off season, Bill made us feel like we were in the heart of everything. We could not have asked for a better driver or tour guide. We understood everything and received some beautiful pictures of our experience.
