I want to begin by saying that my family and I did not actually go on this cruise but I do want to explain the experience that we had encountered in dealing with this vendor. About 18 hours prior to our scheduled cruise, my daughter had to be taken to an emergency medical clinic in Santorini where she had to have the first of two surgical procedures ( the second one taking place the following morning at the time of the scheduled excursion). I notified this vendor of our circumstances, cancelled the booking, and offered to provide detailed medical documentation in the event that they would be willing to offer us a refund. They immediately responded and said that, because we were less than 24 hours out from the cruise, a refund would not be possible. Although we weren't happy about it, we completely understood their decision. The thing that we couldn't understand, however, is why then then proceeded to harrass us with numerous texts, emails and phone calls asking us to confirm the fact that we were okay with not getting a refund. This was all being done while we were dealing with a medical complication in a foreign country which served to add stress to an already complicated situation. When I responded by telling them that I plan to post a review warning other potential clients of their unprofessional behavior, they accused me of threatening them in order to circumvent their process and obtain a refund. While I fully understand the fact that this is a business that functions within certain rules, having worked in a customer service driven industry for over thirty years, I also understand the value of the human factor. My family travels often and extensively and I can honestly say that the insensitivity and unprofessional behavior that we experienced from this particular vendor is not something that we have previously witnessed. I have been in contact with Viator regarding this vendor and they could not have been more supportive, caring or professional. We will continue to use them without an ounce of hesitation whenever we travel in the future. I wish the same could be said about Spiridakos Sailing Cruises.

Great experience. We were debating between a private (just us 2) and this and we're glad we went with this for the money.

The is an amazing experience. The views of the caldera looking from the sea up are indescribable. The crew was attentive, informative and helpful. The food and drinks were great and plentiful. Definitely worth the time and money.

Fantastic day out on the water: Captain Stavros, Stefanos and the rest of the crew were very attentive, food and drinks were plentiful and the spots we stopped at for swimming and snorkeling were amazing. The captain also shared a lot of insight on the island history and geology as well as recommendations on great beaches to visit on our own.

Although the bus ride to the port and then getting organized to board the catamaran was a little hectic ….. this trip still gets 5 *****. First the crew…. Amazing professional and fun!!!! The views and the places we stopped to swim….. exceptional!! The sunset in Oia beyond expectations! The guest on board with us so much fun! I highly recommend this trip to anyone who comes to Santorini. Our catamaran’s name was HAPPY DAYS! It totally lived up to its name.

What an amazing day picked up from our hotel (they did change the time the night before from 9.40 to 9am not sure why as we were hanging about for the boat) When we got on the boat it was amazing. The crew were amazing really informative about the island we had 5 swim stops which were amazing and a fabulous lunch. Drinks were included and after the last swim stop you could have a couple of cocktails We thought it was well worth the €320 for 2 people and would highly recommend

Their warmth and hospitality made the entire experience feel effortless. The whole evening felt less like a tour and more like stepping into a dream. ✨ The views, the sunset, the yacht, the food, the laughter, the service, and most importantly, the people made this an experience I will carry with me forever. Easy booking process through WhatsApp directly with Operator. Complimentary, on time pick up from our hotel and drop off afterwards. We sailed on Summer with top notch crew. Food was absolutely delicious and the sights were incredible! Hands down, the best day of our vacation in Santorini so far!

We had a really lovely sunset cruise around Santorini. The catamaran was very nice and spacious -- about 20 passengers total - a little bit crowded feeling at first, but then everyone spread out and found their own spaces. Most of the other catamarans we passed looked to have about the same number of people. The crew was fantastic and the dinner was delicious. We had multiple stops for swimming (water a little chilly) and got to see the beautiful sunset. We would recommend a light jacket or longsleeves for the ride back to port after the sun goes down. It was perfect for our young teens. The transport to and from the cruise was a bit chaotic and involved some patient waiting, but all in all, we had a wonderful time!

The whole experience was great! The shuttle to the port was easy, the time to swim at three different locations was great, the food was delicious, and the crew was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely do this again!
