It was a really nice boat, the staff were also okay friendly. One must not jump out of the boat in the cave. And the snorkel that was there, we got 2 people handed a mask that was broken and couldn't be used. The beach we were put on and could use the mask was not suitable for it and generally not anything special. The picture they use is of diving into the cave, and that's why we chose this tour, it is by no means fair.
Booked this 7.5hr trip (£25 per person) to see the old army island, nothing there 🤷🏻♂️, then onto see the cave, which was very good but could not go inside due to size of boat (but not a problem we were told that at the beginning), then went on to the “best beach) in Albania 🙈 (see photos), got ripped off for £20 for a sunbed for 2hrs, cafe there is really expensive if you go to the one on the right as you get off the boat, one on the left is not much better just smaller portions (again £20 for 1 chicken and chips and a drink). Drinks on the oat is £5 for a small local beer. Overall very poor, best I say no more 🤷🏻♂️
Terrible customer service... the young lady who receives you seems listless, and at the time of payment, we paid in cash in lek, and she made us pay at an exchange rate of 100 lek for one euro... this means we paid 5 euros more, because for 1 euro they normally give you 90 lek... they didn't even give us the receipt... this is the negative part... for the rest, the tour was nice, the driver was good and lovely, and our guide was very knowledgeable and kind.

Our experience with the organization of the excursion was quite bad. The boat trip itself was fine, and both the captain and the people who were with us during the tour were pleasant, but the organization and, above all, the treatment received from the agency staff left a lot to be desired. Upon arriving at the meeting point, there were two girls in the back. I approached to say that we had a reservation, and honestly, it seemed like we didn't exist. I had to wait until one of them decided to help me, and she did it very rudely, too. She told us it wasn't time for check-in yet and that we should wait. Five minutes later, curiously, we were able to do it. Afterward, they tried to charge us €70 instead of the €60 we had booked, offering us the premium option. Luckily, I had the WhatsApp conversation where our reservation for €60 clearly appeared. As soon as I showed it to her, her attitude changed completely. The girl was very arrogant and at no point had a minimally professional attitude. Afterward, they walked us to the pier, where they separated us into different groups to board the boats. It was a total mess there again: we didn't know when we could enter or which group corresponded to each boat. When we asked one of the workers, he replied very rudely, asking us if we hadn't already checked in. We told him yes, and quite unpleasantly, he answered us: "Well, go in." The truth is that it had been a very long time since I received treatment like this on a tourist activity. You can have a day with poor organization, but treating customers with such arrogance and such bad manners is completely unnecessary. I left there really angry and with the feeling that, for them, the customer is a nuisance instead of being someone they should serve correctly. It is one thing to have an organizational error and quite another to make the customer feel like they are doing them a favor by serving them. The boat was fine, but on the part of the agency, a terrible experience that I would not repeat and that I certainly would not recommend.
Very nice activity with adolescents, just nice sailing on the sea. Music to go with it.

You don't pay much for it, but afterwards it became clear why. We were really with the maximum capacity of people on the boat, so a lot of lack of space. Close together we left for Sazan and a cave (which was beautiful by the way) and were finally dropped on a beach with a restaurant. We ate and swam there, but then the almost 3 hours we had there was far from over. Meanwhile, the boats were picking up new guests, to take the utmost number of people in a day. So it felt pretty commercial. Rather take the tickets a bit more expensive and fewer people, than this massive event. The high reviews are perhaps explained by the fact that we still got a phone on the water to leave a good review.
Had a lot of fun today with 3fiori the drive was amazing and the guide was super friendly,10/10 reccomend for anyone
