We enjoyed the trip very much. The places we visited were defi itely worth it. The only thing is that we would prefer the timetable to be more balanced and to have more time on Sazan island. 30 min are not enough.

Guide was really cool, he was speaking english very well, music on a boat was awesome, the whole trip was incredible. I recommend it

It wasn’t as fun as expected. There was hardly any maneuvering, and the music wasn’t loud enough—we could barely hear anything. Some other boats were turning up with loud music, and everyone seemed to be having a great time, but unfortunately, our boat wasn’t as much fun. The guides were very friendly and happy. Maybe they weren’t as engaging because the crowd wasn’t very involved either.

⭐ 1 star The boat tour itself was really great. The staff on the boat was friendly, the tour was fun, and there is actually nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately, the quality of a provider also shows when something does not go according to plan. We had forgotten a small cooler bag on the boat with a few ice packs that we had bought especially for our road trip. It happens – people just forget things. About an hour after the tour, I wrote to the provider and asked if the bag was still on the boat and where we could pick it up. I was told that they would get back to me as soon as there was an update. By the next morning, we still hadn't heard anything. Since we had to leave Vlora, we stopped by the tripme.today office on our way. There, an employee told me the bag was at the harbor and she would send me the location. I specifically asked if there was actually someone there who could help us, because we wanted to leave the city and had little time. The drive there took about 25 minutes. Answer: Yes. They could have perhaps just called there briefly. Once we arrived at the harbor, of course, nobody knew anything about a cooler bag. So I called the office again. The employee wanted to clarify who was responsible on-site and call me back. After waiting for about 30 minutes in the blazing sun: no callback. We eventually had to drive on. After several more calls, I eventually reached them again. Instead of a solution, I was then told that I was ultimately responsible for my own things. Thank you very much for this completely new insight. By the way, she herself had NEVER forgotten anything anywhere. Perhaps except for calling back. Furthermore, the matter first had to be clarified with "other departments." For a lost small cooler bag, the communication now felt as if an international corporation had to coordinate several specialized departments. They promised again to get back to me. That was on Monday. Today is Thursday. To this day: no response. At this point, I am no longer concerned at all about the value of this cooler bag. It is about how guests are treated. When you let someone drive 25 minutes to a harbor, even though apparently no one was informed, let them wait there for half an hour, do not make a promised callback, and subsequently do not react at all for days, that is simply poor customer service. I am probably neither the first nor the last guest who forgets something on a boat tour. That is exactly why a provider should have a reasonably functioning process for such situations. It is a shame, because the actual boat tour would have easily received 5 stars from me. The way we were treated afterward unfortunately ruins the overall positive experience for us.

Excellent day on a boat with a truly great team 👍🏻😁 We really liked the island of Karaburun and the cave is magnificent. The crew was very pleasant and created a great atmosphere throughout the day. I highly recommend this agency to you! Once again a big thank you, we had a fabulous day!

Good trip, but speedboat music was quite loud and tailored more to young adults, not for young families. Needed more time to explore Sazan island, third peninsula stop was very expensive for sun loungers and parasols. Jumping off the pier was good though. Wish the boat had been no smoking.

Nice walk. Enjoyed the boat trip and all the stops. The guide said nothing and spoke almost no English. This made communication difficult.
