Just brilliant! We were picked up from almost right outside our Riad in the Medina, whisked away to the planes just outside the city and had a wonderful experience with Anthony who was just the best! If you get the opportunity: do it!

While traveling to Morocco with my friends, we had the pleasure of meeting Driver (1), who greeted us with warm hospitality and patience, which we greatly appreciated as a deaf group. From booking to drop-off, our experience was seamless, thanks to our driver Elias, who knew we were deaf and provided exceptional service. He communicated with us effectively using notes from his phone and even learned some sign language from us. The company surpassed our expectations in every way, from the pre-flight coffee to the balloon ride and the traditional Moroccan breakfast that followed. The stunning views and professional service made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this company and their team of professionals. You won't regret it! Great experience, from the pickup to the hotel til the end! The flight was very impressive and funny! The view from the balloon on the Atlas mountain during the sunrise is just wow! A must do expérience!

Incredible experience managed by a top-notch team. We booked a sunrise balloon ride for Christmas Day and it was really a magical thing to have done. We were picked up near our riad at 6:30 in the morning in a spacious and comfortable van and taken to the site of the launch. When we arrived there was tea, coffee, and pastries (and various forms of heating) and we did a safety briefing and then watched as the balloons were being prepared. We then headed with the group to our balloon, and hopped in. Our pilot was charming and competent and did another safety briefing with us before heading up in the air. He also spoke to us about the mechanics and gave us some interesting facts and anecdotes which was great. We coasted for a good 40-50 minutes and enjoyed the gorgeous views. Our pilot also took the time to take individual photos of each group which was lovely. (Tip: if you're in a basket with another party, have them duck down during your turn for photos and vice versa) We had a very smooth landing and enjoyed a lovely breakfast before heading back to the city. Door to door was about 3.5-4 hours. We mulled over doing a classic flight vs one of the VIP levels and ended up opting for the classic flight. Obviously a totally private flight wouldve been extra special but we did not feel crowded at all on the classic flight and it still felt very personal. The Ciel d'Afrique team is very professional and skilled, it's a well organised company and we felt very cared for and safe the entire time.

Amazing morning with a great view! Transportation from the Inn to the activity went great thanks to Redwane who welcomed us warmly and in a good mood thank you to him!

Very good professional experience. Taken to our Ryad at 5.30am by mini bus (thanks to Redouane) after 30 minutes Leader welcome with tea-coffee croissant and explanations. By being the first flight in the morning we had the takeoff of the nacelle then in the air at sunrise. On return full breakfast. Retour Ryad. 200 chf/person and video 70.-

A great experience all very good and excellent since the driver (abdellah) with his fun and good disposition to breakfast the accumulations... all perfect without doubt want to come back...
