Jim was fun, he has a great sense of humor, & made the class so enjoyable. The food was amazing & was plenty enough.

My husband and I signed up for this course and we were not disappointed. Jim clearly explained all the ingredients for four delicious dishes. He also showed us how to prepare and cook them. (SCOOOP😂) Not only that, he taught us the difference between the Thai products and those we’d find in the states. All in all it was a fun, educational, tasty afternoon that I highly recommend.

This was so much fun and Jim was amazing and entertaining. Sally was very efficient in the background. Great to learn about local produce and how to use it. We created amazing looking and tasty food that was a pleasure to eat. Highly recommend.

This cooking class could not have been better. I learned a lot and I got to control how spicy my dishes were. The instructor was funny, thoughtful, quirky and expert. I cannot recommend it enough.

Jim and Sally were excellent instructors and made us feel at home. We were able to learn, smell and taste many of the foods we were cooking with at the local market and made our HUGE meal from preparation to cooking all while learning the background of why certain ingredients were used in Thai cooking. Jim made the class funny with his humor and kept everyone involved. We had a blast and the food we made was delicious - and too much to eat. Excellent value. Come hungry!

This by far was our favorite activity during our stay in Phuket. Sally and Jim are so sweet and humble. They made the experience 100x better with their fun personalities. The hours flew by and we got to cook with other travelers from different parts of the world. The food was delicious and the cooking was educational but super fun! Highly recommend

This was the highlight of our trip! Jim and Sally were welcoming and fun, plus the cooking expertise was obvious. They had everything prepared in advance which made the whole cooking experience easy and foolproof. Jim was funny and very knowledgeable about his craft, but also about world and current events. Sally was quietly helpful/especially with one of our group who needed extra help. Her sense of humour was quiet and dry but very enjoyable. We were walked through the prep and cooking class so that everyone was able to complete the dishes safely. You get a healthy portion of healthy food at the end of the session. We took home doggy bags!! Do this activity even if you don’t do anything else in Phuket.

Jim made the whole class a very fun entertaining adventure. The day of our Thai Cooking Class there were only 4 of us, but I’m sure even if there were 20 in the class Jim/Thai Chef Instructor would have the energy to make it special for everyone! We made Mango Sticky Rice( in 4 Colors ) Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry( made are own paste) and Pad Thai( forward-back-flip🤪) would highly recommend this experience. All our food turned out amazing and we all enjoyed a nice lunch together. The Market experience with Jim was educational and fun as well
