We are very sorry to hear that the behaviour of some passengers negatively affected your experience, especially when you had joined us hoping to enjoy the catamaran, the scenery and a relaxing time on board. We are particularly pleased to hear your kind words about our guide and his professionalism. We will certainly make sure your compliments are passed on to him. Regarding the behaviour you describe, this is certainly not the atmosphere we want to create on board. Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour is not permitted on our catamarans, and we expect all passengers to respect the crew and their fellow guests at all times. We are therefore sorry that you experienced this situation and that it affected your enjoyment of the excursion. We do, however, have to point out that we cannot be held responsible for the individual actions of our passengers. We sincerely hope that you brought the situation to the attention of the guide or crew while you were on board, as this would have given them the opportunity to intervene and address the behaviour at the time. Our catamarans are spacious, with different areas available for passengers to enjoy the trip. If the behaviour of this particular group was making you uncomfortable, you were also welcome to move to another area of the boat, and our crew would have been happy to assist you in finding a more comfortable place. We fully understand that this was frustrating, particularly as you regularly enjoy catamaran excursions and were looking forward to having a pleasant experience in Lanzarote. It is a shame that the actions of a group of passengers affected what could otherwise have been an enjoyable trip. Thank you again for your feedback. Due to logistical limitations aboard the catamaran, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to prepare two separate paellas. We offer a traditional paella with meat and fish, and a second option designed to accommodate guests with a wide range of dietary restrictions—including not only vegetarians but also those with allergies or intolerances such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or onion allergies. We hope this second option helps provide a suitable choice for all guests with dietary needs. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

For guests who prefer a more flexible and independent visit, we do offer regular ferry services and a pick-up service for those without vehicles, allowing more freedom to explore the island at your own pace.
